For the first time since his move to Major League Soccer, David Beckham tasted a derby victory.

On Saturday his Los Angeles Galaxy beat Chivas USA by five goals to two.

The victory put LA Galaxy up into second spot in the Western Conference.

A Landon Donovan hat-trick and two goals from Alan Gordon scored for Los Angeles while Sacha Kljestan and Ante Razov scored for Chivas.
