Georgios Donis has stepped down as head coach of Greek Super League side Larissa FC after four seasons in charge. In a statement on the club's website, Donis said: "I would like to thank the players for the memorable moments they gave us. Larissa will always have a special place in my heart."
The 38-year-old took the club from the second division into the top flight and won the 2007 Greek Cup. This term they finished sixth, just missing out on a play-off place.
