Rapid Vienna’s Erwin Hoffer agrees to new two year extension on his contract

It was announced in Vienna today that the twenty one year old Austrian striker had signed a new two – year extension on his contract with his club Rapid Vienna.
The new deal will expire in June 2011.
Rapid Vienna has every chance of clinching the title on Sunday when they meet middle – of – the table Altach.
Hoffer is “hot property” in Europe. He has already made two appearances for the Austrian National side.
He attained recognition in last year’s Under 20 World Cup when he helped his side reach the semi finals.
He is certain to be a part of the Austrian hopes in the European Championships, to be co – hosted by Austria and Switzerland, in June of this year.
