Promising FC Porto midfielder Rabiola faces a long spell on the sidelines after suffering a ligament rupture to his right knee.

The 18-year-old sustained the injury during yesterday's reserve match against Vitória SC, the club where he spent the first half of the season on loan before his recall by Porto in January. Rabiola will undergo surgery and must wait until next term to add to his four Portuguese Liga appearances.
