Sheffield United players fight at training

SHEFFIELD, Oct 27 (SW) – A confrontation between two Sheffield United players took place on the training ground at Bramall Lane.

Striker Ade Akinbiyi and defender Claude Davis are believed to have had an argument on the training field which continued into the change rooms.

The incident was supposed to have emanated from the defender’s sending off against Everton last weekend.

According to reports Davis is alleged to have pulled out a razor during the altercation. This has neither been confirmed nor denied.

The ‘Blades’ host champions Chelsea at Bramall Lane on Saturday.
