CAPE TOWN, ZURICH, Sep 16 (SW) - FIFA president Sepp Blatter has voiced his concerns over the organisation of the 2010 World Cup, to be held in South Africa. According to reports, the country has not started the building of new, needed stadiums yet.
"It is high time they started," Blatter said after a FIFA meeting in Zurich. "They have plans, they have the money, and the decisions are made. But no one is spotted with a hammer or a shovel."
Australia has offered to organise the event would South Africa not be able to hold on to the schedule.
