Materazzi publishes book about head butt

MILAN, Oct 8 (SW) - Italy's Marco Materazzi has published a book about the infamous Zinedine Zidane head but during the World Cup final in Germany this summer.
The book focuses on what Materazzi may have told Zidane, for the Frenchman to react the way he did, and contains 249 different options of what may have happened.
"What I really told Zidane" will cost ten Euros, and the profit goes to UNICEF.
