BAMAKO, Oct 6 (SW) – Sevilla’s and Mali striker, Frederick Kanoute has recovered from a knee ligament injury just in time for Sunday’s African Nations Cup qualifier against World Cup finalists Togo in Bamako.

Kanoute, joint top scorer in this year’s Spanish Primera Division, has scored four goals for his Spanish club.

Liverpool’s midfielder Momo Sissoko is also expected to return to the Mali side for the qualifier.
