VALENCIA, Nov 29 (SW) - Valencia president Juan Soler has stated that any club wishing to sign striker David Villa must be willing to pay at least 150 million Euros.
There had been reports that Jose Mourinho had chosen David Villa as Chelsea’s next transfer target but Valencia have now told the English champions that they would only start negotiations at £100 million for the international.
"We have no intention of selling him. But should any club be interested, they could sit down and negotiate his buy-out clause, which is currently worth 150million euros (£100million)," declared Soler.
"Officially we have not received any interest or an offer from Chelsea for Villa."
