MÖNCHENGLADBACH, Mar 5 (SW) - Borussia Mönchengladbach sit sixth in the Bundesliga table after defeating Arminia Bielefeld on Saturday, while Eintracht Frankfurt were held to a home draw by Wolfsburg.
Borussia Mönchengladbach - Arminia Bielefeld 2-0
Marcell Jansen took a layoff by Oliver Neuville in the 34th minute and hit a left-footed effort into the Bielefeld net, and the home side extended their advantage in the 65th minute as Wesley Sonck pounced on a rebound to make it 2-0.
Eintracht Frankfurt - Wolfsburg 1-1
German international Mike Hanke fired Wolfsburg into the lead in the 58th minute, much to the dismay of the home supporters, but Ioannis Amanatidis got Frankfurt level just seven minutes later to rescue a point.
