LYON, Jan 22 (SW) - Olympique de Lyon and AJ Auxerre held each other to a 1-1 draw, which was also the final outcome of the match between RC Lens and AS Monaco.

Olympique de Lyon - AJ Auxerre 1-1

In this week's top clash, reigning champions and Ligue 1 leaders Olympique de Lyon were held to a draw by Auxerre. The hosts took the lead through Mahamadou Diarra in the 43rd minute but Pegguy Luyindula levelled with one minute left to play in the second half.

RC Lens - AS Monaco 1-1

Only six minutes were needed for Monaco to open the score with a goal from Serge Gakpe, but Lens equalized through Nicolas Gillet in the last minute of the first half.
