Sint-Truiden - Racing Genk 2-2
Genk are now six points back of Club Brugge after being held on Saturday by a late Sint-Truiden equalizer.
Sander Debroux gave the home side the lead after just four minutes, but Kevin Vanderbergh's equalizer on 24 minutes restored parity.
Seyfo Soley looked to have scored the winning goal for Genk in the 63rd minute, but Jeroen Simaeys leveled for Sint-Truiden with nine minutes to play.
Charleroi - Zulte-Waregem 2-0
Belgian Cup finalists Zulte-Waregem looked far from their season's best after being beaten by Charleroi.
Joseph Akpala's 37th-minute goal sent Charleroi to the dressing room with a lead, and they extended the advantage three minutes after the restart through Grégory Christ.
Lierse - Excelsior Mouscron 2-0
The other cup finalist, Excelsior Mouscron, suffered the same fate, being beaten 2-0 away to second-from-bottom Lierse.
Lierse did it quickly to Excelsior, taking the lead through Kristof Imschoot inside the first minute before Kane Develer doubled the lead five minutes later.
Lokeren - La Louvière 3-2
La Louvière are now four points deep in the hole at the foot of the table after defeat away to Lokeren.
Ivan Vukomanovic gave the home side a quick 2-0 lead with goals in the 10th and 13th minutes, but the visitors pulled one back a minute later through Ace Stojkov.
La Louvière then found themselves back on level terms at 2-2 when Fredrick Bozak scored in the 34th minute, but Aristide Bancé's goal four minutes into the second half secured the win for Lokeren.
Beveren - Germinal 0-0
Beveren are only barely above the relegation playoff spot after being held at home by Germinal Beerschot.
They are one point ahead of Lierse with the 17th-placed team forced to play for their Jupiler League lives.
Roeselare - FC Brussels 0-1
Roeselare, who host Standard next weekend, were beaten at home by FC Brussels on Saturday.
The only goal came via Musaba Selemani after 20 minutes of the match had been played.
Club Brugge - Cercle Brugge 2-0
It took the home side awhile to find the back of the net, but Croatian striker Bosko Balaban did the honors in the 62nd minute to finally give them the lead.
A late insurance goal by Gert Verheyen secured the three points for Club Brugge and moved them to within four points of Standard with two matches remaining.
Westerlo - Gent 0-1
Gent remain three points adrift of Club Brugge in fourth place after a narrow win at Westerlo on Sunday.
Dominic Foley's goal in the 40th minute proved to be decisive as it held up to be the winner.
