L. Antonini has scored a goal for Genoa! Assist by A. Matri.
GOOOOOOOOOOOAL! GENOA HAVE DONE IT! ANTONINI BUNDLES HOME! The substitute finds himself unmarked from six yards out, leaving him to prod a finish beyond the helpless Buffon! Matri knocked it square, leaving the wing-back to do the rest!
90' +2
S. Lichtsteiner gets yellow.
Juve are pushing on desperately in the dying embers of this contest, with Genoa camped on the edge of their penalty area. Bertolacci manages to race out with the ball, however, with Lichtsteiner clipping the heels of his man - earning the Switzerland international a deserved yellow card.
90'
There are four minutes of stoppage time in the second half.
89'
Another big chance for Juve! Yet another cross is whipped in, which isn't initially dealt with, but Perin makes himself big to make another save. The Genoa goalkeeper has been excellent in the second half and will be man of the match at this rate.
88'
S. De Maio gets yellow.
Asamoah is hacked down by a poor challenge from De Maio, as Genoa dig in and attempt to hold out for a valuable point. Morata is fed in behind the enemy lines by Tevez, before Perin sticks out a top-class hand to deny the substitute!
87'
A. Matri enters the game and replaces M. Pinilla.
86'
Less than five minutes remain, with Juve's players visibly becoming very frustrated. Marchisio tries a ridiculous pass, presumably attempting to get the ball in behind Antonelli, but Perin is confident enough to claim it himself.
84'
Morata forces a save out of Perin! The former Real Madrid man drives down the left channel, before bursting into the box, but the angle is a bit tight! As a result, the forward can only sting the palms of the goalkeeper, earning his side another corner - which is claimed by Perin at the second time of asking.
82'
Pogba goes down after being slightly blocked off as he entered the Genoa area, but the referee ignores his claims - the Frenchman clearly hasn't been very endearing this evening. A corner is given seconds later, but the hosts clear at the back post.
81'
L. Antonini enters the game and replaces A. Rosi.
Pereyra takes to the field and is immediately involved, releasing a clever pass which is eventually worked in behind for Pogba to chase. Moments later, the France international is penalised for a supposed tug on Rosi's shirt, with the youngster reacting incredibly angrily. The referee has a word to calm the midfielder down.

Description
79'
R. Pereyra enters the game and replaces A. Vidal.
Rosi goes down holding his face after a clash with Chiellini, leading to the defender receiving a bit of treatment as a result. It appeared that the Juve defender lashed out in the build-up to a corner delivery, but the referee didn't see it. Gasperini watches on.
77'
Bertolacci sends a header looping towards goal, but Buffon is once again easily able to claim from under his own crossbar. The home support are making plenty of noise once again, with it highly possible that their team could nick a late winner in this one.
75'
Perotti drives down the left flank, before being easily dealt with by a combination of Lichtsteiner and Marchisio. Genoa are suddenly resurgent, with Gasperini's substitutes perhaps adding a bit more fight to an ailing midfield.
73'
L. Greco gets yellow.
Big chance for Genoa! Pinilla slips over while deep in the opposition penalty area, denying the Chilean an opportunity to steer home a cross from the left. Juve try to break, but Greco receives a yellow card for cynically tugging back Pogba.
72'
Juve are ramping up the pressure, with Chiellini now rocketing a shot high into the stands behind the hosts' goal. Genoa have struggled to break out of their own half in the past 20 minutes, but are still holding onto what would be a valuable point.
70'
Huge chance for Juve! Two defenders find themselves the wrong side of the hosts' back four, with Ogbonna hooking a finish over the top of Perin and onto the top of the left-hand upright! The rebound is caught by a grateful Perin.
69'
J. Kucka enters the game and replaces R. Mandragora.
68'
Morata is denied by an excellent challenge on the edge of the penalty area, with De Maio also closing the angle well as the former Real Madrid man looked to shoot. Perin is harried in possession by Tevez moments later, with the Italian goalkeeper forced to hoof the ball hurriedly into touch.
67'
Morata and Tevez combine to good effect, with the latter driving towards the edge of the box and firing wide as a result. The Argentine striker has had plenty of small openings, but can't quite find his goalscoring touch.
65'
Álvaro Morata enters the game and replaces Fernando Llorente.
It's one Spaniard for another, for Juve, as Morata takes to the field in place of Llorente. After a physical first half, the former Athletic man faded slightly and his replacement definitely has a lot to prove in terms of competing for a starting berth.
64'
Buffon is forced to palm a long-range effort over his own crossbar, after a half-cleared Genoa free kick. The hosts whip in a corner as a result, but Llorente does his defensive duty and heads clear under no pressure. Mandragora then goes down with a touch of cramp.
62'
Tevez tries to force his way through a gap in between De Maio and Mandragora, but Perin is just about able to smother ahead of the Argentine forward. That was a dangerous moment for Genoa's defence, as the former Man City striker nearly crafted enough space to let fly.
60'
Half an hour remains for Juve to find a breakthrough goal, but Genoa are doing a good job of slowing things down with a mixture of organisation and fouls. Pinilla is presented with another dangerous cross from Antonelli on the left flank, but can only loop his header back into the air.
58'
G. Chiellini gets yellow.
There are perhaps a few tired legs in the Genoa midfield third now, with Juve continuing to dominate and force the issue. Chiellini receives a yellow card for handballing a pass that was bouncing through towards his own goal - though it appeared to be a harsh decision given that the Italy international's arm was by his side.
56'
Perin comes off his line brilliantly to punch a Lichtsteiner delivery away from the danger zone, but Genoa can't win the second ball and concede yet another corner. Bonucci is again the target, but the Italy international heads over the crossbar on this occasion.
54'
Asamoah tries to link up with Tevez, before racing down the left-hand side for a return ball, but Genoa's staunch defending leads to Rosi putting the pass into touch. Moments later, Pogba uses his strength on the edge of the box, but the referee deems the Frenchman to have unfairly pushed his adversary.
52'
Chiellini is felled after a marauding run down the right by De Maio, with the Genoa defender taking the worst of the impact, but the challenge surrenders a corner. After a brief spell on the turf, he dusts himself down and takes his position inside the penalty area. Bonucci heads narrowly wide at the near post.
50'
Challenges continue to fly in during this one, with a fierce atmosphere adding to the Rossoblu's fighting spirit. Genoa are still pressing high up the field and preventing Juve from settling, with nothing really changing between the period before the interval and now.
48'
A cynical start to the second half has stifled any chances, with the likes of Pinilla and Marchisio penalised for unfair tackles thus far. Ogbonna goes down heavily after aerially challenging with the imposing Chilean and looks to be in some real discomfort.
46'
We are underway in the second half! No goals as of yet, but we've seen a very competitive contest at Stadio Comunale Luigi Ferraris.
44'
A. Vidal gets yellow.
Vidal receives a yellow card for a cynical tackle, which the Chile international appears perfectly content to have taken. Bertolacci was attempting to gallivant down the left-hand side, but a horrible hack from the Juve midfielder stopped him in his tracks.
42'
Genoa win themselves a rare offensive set piece, but an overzealous challenge on Chiellini allows Buffon to take a very deep free kick to clear the visitors' lines. Pogba is the protagonist of another Juve break, but once again the ball ends up rolling out of play for a Bianconeri corner.
40'
Tevez earns himself a free kick 30 yards from goal, but rattles his effort into the edge of the Genoa wall. Juve grab themselves a corner as a result, with Perin quick to thank his defensive set-up. The set piece is thrown in towards the near post, but easily dealt with.
38'
Mandragora is sent flying by Llorente, with the 17-year-old not having too much opportunity to impose himself on proceedings. With less than ten minutes remaining until the end of the half, Juve are really looking to force the advantage.
36'
Marchese tries to clip a delivery into the penalty area from the left-hand side, but a deflection takes it into the gloves of Buffon. The experienced goalkeeper hasn't had a great deal to do in this first half and Genoa don't look likely to make that change any time soon.
34'
Pogba tries to find his range! The France international might be looking to earn some votes for the Ballon d'Or, after jinking inside his marker and trying his luck from 30 yards out. His ambitious shot is always fizzing away from the target.
32'
Pogba is nearly picked out at the back post by a Lichtsteiner diagonal ball, but the Frenchman is muscled out of it easily. Frustration is the order of the day for the league leaders at the minute, with Allegri prowling around his technical area.
30'
Tevez lets fly from 25 yards out, but the Argentina international's right-footed strike rises into the stand behind Perin's net harmlessly. Juve are looking the more likely to net the opener, but Llorente and his strike partner aren't receiving the ball in dangerous areas.
28'
Bertolacci manages to get across his man at the near post and flicked an improvised effort towards goal, but Buffon claims with ease. Juve break, but Antonelli does well to rob possession off the toe of Llorente, who has been a good focal point in the opening half an hour.
26'
Chances are at a premium thus far, with two very organised sides facing each other this evening. Juve have seen more of the ball, but their midfield three aren't offering enough in the way of creativity to carve the home side's defence apart.
24'
Good chance for Llorente! The former Athletic Bilbao striker receives the ball with his back to goal eight yards out, before swivelling smartly. The Spain international attempts to squeeze a finish inside the near post, but flashes his shot just beyond the upright! Perin might not have got there, had it been on target!
22'
Tevez is found streaking away down the left-hand side, before cutting inside and testing Perin with a curling strike. The rebound is deflected behind for a corner, which the goalkeeper claims after a good initial win from Bonucci at the near post.
20'
Bonucci launches a long ball forward for Pogba to challenge for, but Perin is quick off his line to claim the attempted pass himself. Genoa are keeping plenty of personnel in the midfield third, strangling the away side's passing lanes.
18'
Genoa are maintaining their shape and forcing Juve to look long for Llorente and Tevez, with De Maio managing to stay tight to the Spaniard when required. It has all been slightly one-dimensional from the Bianconeri thus far, but they've been competitive nonetheless.
16'
A. Ogbonna gets yellow.
After a poor half-clearance from Perin, Vidal wins the first ball to supply Tevez with possession narrowly inside the Genoa area. The Argentine, however, is somehow caught offside. Moments later, Ogbonna earns the first yellow card of the match for a lunging tackle on Pinilla - which appeared to win the ball. The Chilean's theatrics perhaps changed the referee's mind there.
14'
Vidal is penalised for a supposed handball, with the Chilean midfielder appearing to control the ball with the upper part of his chest. Two offside decisions in the space of 30 seconds really slow down what has been a bright opening quarter of an hour.
12'
Juve drop deep to retain the ball, hoping to pull Genoa out of their own territory, but Gasperini's side are remaining disciplined. The Rossoblu break down the right, before Pinilla is found by a good cross at the back post, but the Chile international can't make enough contact to stab home a finish!
10'
Lichtsteiner dips own narrowly over the crossbar! The Swiss wing-back gallops into space, and is afforded an angle to shoot, but Perin is happy enough to athletically dive to cover the top right-hand corner.
9'
A slight penalty shout for Juventus! Vidal appears to be bundled to the floor in the box, after a good incisive pass from Marchisio, but the referee isn't interested! The away side then work the ball out to the left, but Asamoah's cross is turned behind for a corner - which comes to nothing.
8'
Juve are dominating possession in the early stages, with Genoa sitting back and biding their time to break effectively. Pinilla looks to find Perotti on the right flank, but the Chilean forward's pass is inaccurate and surrenders a throw in to the visitors.
6'
Llorente breaks down the left-hand side, but the Spaniard's eventual attempt cross is deflected behind for a Juve corner. It is taken short, but Genoa hold their shape well and force the away side back to their own goal. Tevez goes down after a late challenge from Rosi.
4'
Genoa play some nice stuff on the periphery of the penalty area, but a clever flick over the Juve back three from Greco is far too heavy for Pinilla to meet. Buffon is able to catch the ball easily, but that was an encouraging passage of play from the hosts.
2'
Marchisio tries a clever free kick delivery from wide on the right-hand side, which looks to feed in Vidal. The Chile international stretches, but can't quite bring a heavy pass under his spell. Juve have started in solid fashion.
1'
We are underway in the first half! Genoa are in their red and blue halves, while Juve don their white and black stripes.
Hello and welcome to live coverage of Genoa versus Juventus, in what is Gianluigi Buffon's 500th match in the colours of the Bianconeri. Given that the goalkeeper was a childhood fan of Maximiliano Allegri's adversaries for the evening, it would be hard to find a more fitting fixture to commemorate the Italy international's half-century. Points are still at stake, however, with the away side hoping to continue their excellent Serie A form.
I'm Simon Harrison and I will be keeping you up to date with all of the action from Stadio Comunale Luigi Ferraris, as the hosts try and convert a recent run of form into an attempt to topple the top flight's leaders. Juve have suffered at the hands of both Olympiakos and Atletico Madrid in Champions League action, but continue to dominate domestically. Genoa certainly have a challenge on their hands.
TEAM NEWS: Carlos Tevez and Fernando Llorente start as the offensive duo for the Bianconeri, with Buffon, of course, in between the sticks for his 500th game in the visitors' colours. Andrea Pirlo makes the bench, as Claudio Marchisio, Paul Pogba and Arturo Vidal provide the midfield engine room. Angelo Ogbonna maintains his place at centre-back due to Martin Caceres' continued absence.
TEAM NEWS: Diego Perotti and Mauricio Pinilla are tasked with the offensive running for the home side, with Alessandro Matri dropping to the bench against his former club. Maxime Lestienne, Facundo Roncaglia, Juraj Kucka and Edenilson join the substitutes too, as Gian Piero Gasperini shakes things up based on the poor Genoa start in their late comeback against Chievo last time out.
HALF TIME! It's goalless at the break, with Juve spurning the better of the opportunities, but Genoa have been defensively solid and responsible. Llorente and Pinilla have spurned the best chances, with neither goalkeeper asked to do much.
Llorente and Tevez have seen plenty of the ball, but just not in the right areas for the Bianconeri. Pogba and Vidal have toiled for very little gain, with the substitutes' bench possibly the first place for Allegri to look, if the away side are to take another three points in Serie A. Be sure to stick around for the second half action.
FULL TIME! Drama at the death, with Juventus finally defeated in Serie A! It took until the 94th minute, with Antonini bundling home, but Genoa have a very valuable three points! Juve will wonder how they didn't manage to win the game, as Perin made some top saves.
The Bianconeri switched off for merely a moment, but that was all that was needed for Genoa to capitalise! The final whistle has sparked scenes of wild celebration! That's all that we have time for tonight, as Genoa beat Juventus 1-0, I've been Simon Harrison and I hope to see you again next time.
