We'll have a little bit of extra stoppage time due to the injury to Diego Lopez, it seems, with Milan desperately trying to run down the clock by running the channels.
90' +5
Palladino has half a chance on the turn, but Zapata stands his man up well to make a good block. The home supporters keep up the noise, with Parma maintaining their heavy pressure!
90' +4
It appears that Diego Lopez may have pulled a muscle while making his terrible error moments earlier, in what has been a bad game for Milan yet again in terms of injuries! Only a few minutes remain for the Rossoneri to hold out for what will be an invaluable three points given the circumstances.
90' +2
Diego Lopez has managed to injure himself in stoppage time, in conceding that De Sciglio own goal, but Milan have no more substitutes! The former Real Madrid man is forced to continue regardless of his fitness.
90'
We have six minutes of stoppage time at the end of the second half! Parma still could get back on level terms!
89'
M. De Sciglio is unfortunate, scores an own goal!
GOOOOOAL! What a mistake from Diego Lopez! The goalkeeper fails to control a De Sciglio backpass and the loose ball rolls into an unguarded net! Only the Spaniard knows what was going through his mind there, but the hosts have a slim chance of equalising!
88'
Donadoni's men lump a couple of hopeful balls into the box, which Abate is able to deal with at the back post. Milan's supporters are making plenty of noise in the dying stages of the game, cheering their side over the line. Niang tries to hold possession in the corner, but is quickly robbed of it.
86'
M. Niang enters the game and replaces J. Ménez.
Menez is given a standing ovation by the travelling supporters, as Niang is thrown into the fray for the remaining five or so minutes. Inzaghi is trying to keep his outlets fresh for countering.
85'
A. Acquah gets yellow.
Acquah shoots from range, but the Ghanaian midfielder's effort is blocked by a ruck of players! Nigel de Jong is holding the Milan midfield together, but both sides continue to surrender possession worryingly regularly. Menez breaks down the right, before being felled by Acquah, earning the recovering player a yellow card.
83'
The clock is ticking down, but still Parma press onwards! They aren't to be defeated, with Milan more than happy to sit deep and then break at pace. Menez and Poli threaten to do just that, but the Frenchman is penalised for a push on Lodi and play is pulled back.
Minute
Description
81'
Less then ten minutes now remain for Parma to find a way back into the game, all without their previous luxury of an extra man! This game has been highly entertaining, but neither coach will be too pleased with their respective side's defensive showing!
79'
J. Ménez has scored a goal for AC Milan!
S. Bidaoui enters the game and replaces I. Belfodil.
GOOOOOOAL! MENEZ MAKES IT 5-3! The Frenchman drives down the left before cutting inside! A big touch takes him past Mirante, before he applies a finish with a cheeky backheel! Milan surely can't be caught now?
77'
Felipe gets a second yellow card and is sent off.
RED CARD! Felipe now gets his marching orders for a second yellow card! The Brazilian pleads his innocent after being penalised for a foul on Menez, but the referee has his mind made up! Ten versus ten!
76'
Mirante denies Menez at the near post! The Frenchman races clear down the left-hand side, before the goalkeeper is just about able to push the resulting shot onto the crossbar and behind! Milan work it short, before Bonaventura is brought down by Palladino.
75'
Milan are really struggling under pressure now, with almost every player stationed behind the ball in a desperate attempt to plug gaps. Since going down to ten men, the Rossoneri haven't looked sturdy and Inzaghi's men will now be very glad of De Jong's solo effort.
73'
A. Lucarelli has scored a goal for Parma! Assist by R. Palladino.
M. Coda enters the game and replaces C. Jorquera.
GOOOOOOAL! PARMA PULL ONE BACK! Lucarelli rises highest at the near post to turn home the hosts' third goal of the evening from a corner! Donadoni's men are back in with a chance, courtesy of a firm header from their captain!
72'
Less than 20 minutes remain for Parma to find the back of the net twice, but they do have the luxury of an extra man. Jorquera shoots from range once again, but his shot is again deflected behind for a corner. That will be the Chilean's last contribution, as he is replaced by Coda.
71'
P. De Ceglie gets yellow.
70'
De Ceglie is booked for a tug on De Jong, as Parma look to try and respond immediately! The fans aren't happy with the nature of Milan's fourth goal, given how easily the Dutch midfielder found his way into the hosts' penalty area unchallenged.
68'
N. de Jong has scored a goal for AC Milan!
GOOOOOOOAL! NIGEL DE JONG RESTORES THE TWO-GOAL CUSHION! The Dutch midfielder robs Cassano of possession in central midfield, before driving through the heart of the Parma defence and sliding a finish underneath the advancing Mirante!
67'
Parma are taking the game to their visitors, who are content to drop deeper and look to absorb pressure. Going down to ten men hasn't been favourable for Milan, who have had to resort to backs to the wall defending since Bonera's second yellow.
65'
R. Palladino enters the game and replaces A. Ghezzal.
Palladino is the first substitute utilised by Donadoni, while Menez receives some treatment after landing awkwardly on his back following an aerial battle with Acquah. Parma are looking to turn the screw, with Ghezzal the man replaced - who hasn't contributed much whatsoever.
63'
Parma might just look to press on during the next five minutes, given that both of Milan's current central defenders have to adjust to the pace and intensity of the game. There's plenty of activity on the sidelines, as both coaches look to shuffle their packs in order to benefit their sides.
62'
A. Rami enters the game and replaces K. Honda.
C. Zapata enters the game and replaces Alex.
61'
Milan make the first two changes of the game, with Zapata replacing Alex in the heart of the Rossoneri defence. Honda is then replacing by Rami, with the Frenchman appearing to be the stand-in for the dismissed Bonera.
60'
N. de Jong gets yellow.
Jorquera takes the free-kick, but De Jong is booked for encroaching and the free-kick is ordered to be taken again by the referee! Cassano tries his luck at the second time of asking, but his shot is deflected over for a corner!
58'
D. Bonera gets a second yellow card and is sent off.
RED CARD! Bonera is given his second yellow card of the game, for blocking a Jorquera shot with his raised arm! Milan are down to ten, with Parma in the ascendency! The Chilean stands over the dead ball himself.
57'
With just over half an hour left to play, we have a real contest on our hands. Both sides are breaking forward with real intent and purpose, as Inzaghi's men look to reinstate their two-goal cushion and Parma look to restore parity. The latter looks like a real possibility at the moment!
55'
Great save from Mirante! Abate drives down the right-hand side before outpacing De Ceglie, eventually breaking into the penalty area. The former Torino man shoots from a tight angle, with the Parma 'keeper able to get smartly down at his near post to palm behind!
53'
The atmosphere has kicked up another notch here, with the home supporters having real belief that Parma can get back on level terms before the 90 minutes are up. This game certainly isn't one for the defensive purists, but it is undeniably entertaining for the neutrals!
51'
Felipe has scored a goal for Parma! Assist by C. Jorquera.
GOOOOOOAL! FELIPE TURNS HOME! Bonera is called into action to make a last ditch clearance to deny Ghezzal from breaking into the Milan penalty area, hoofing behind for a corner. It's taken short and worked across the box, with Jorquera whipping in a cross that Felipe can't help but convert from!
50'
The Japan international curls a ball in towards the back post, but Alex is unable to stretch enough to reach it. The linesman's flag was raised for offside anyway, but Honda really disappointed with that delivery.
49'
There are also no changes at the break, with both coaches sticking to their guns and hoping for their current personnel to maintain or transform their fortunes. Milan have another chance to deliver a ball into the box from a free-kick, which Honda stands over.
47'
After being involved in a fairly innocuous challenge, Honda goes down holding his calf, but is back to his feet without the aid of any physios. Almost a blemish on what has otherwise been an impressive night for Milan!
46'
We are back underway in the second half! Milan couldn't have hoped for a better opening 45 minutes away from home, but there's plenty of time left for the hosts to mount a comeback.
45'
Penalty goal scored by J. Ménez for AC Milan!
PENALTY FOR MILAN! Lucarelli receives a yellow card for clipping the heels of Menez as the former PSG man streaking towards goal, in what was a clear penalty decision for the referee! The Milan forward places the spot-kick down himself.
GOOOOOOOAL! MENEZ MAKES IT THREE! No hesitation from the summer signing, with the Frenchman smashing a powerful penalty finish beyond Mirante and into the back of the net! Inzaghi's men have a two-goal cushion heading into the half-time break, it seems!
44'
A. Lucarelli gets yellow.
Cassano receives possession with his back to goal at the edge of the box, before poking a pass around the corner for Belfodil to chase. Bonera is able to shepherd the ball out of play despite considerable pressure from the experienced forward's intended target.
43'
Milan continue to retain possession at the back and run the clock down, drawing Parma out to press which will leave gaps in behind the hosts in turn. Belfodil is already showing himself to be slightly sheepish when it comes to closing down constantly.
41'
Milan are happy to take the sting out of the game and pass the ball around the back four, but Parma now have an enlarged sense of urgency in their game. A long throw from Ristovski is dealt with well by Alex, before the Macedonian full-back is caught offside moments later.
39'
With just over five minutes left until the break, Milan have regained the lead, setting the gauntlet back down for the hosts. Honda has been very bright in the first half, with that goal no less than he deserves for his service down the right-hand side.
37'
K. Honda has scored a goal for AC Milan! Assist by I. Abate.
GOOOOOAL! HONDA HEADS HOME! Abate is picked out on the overlap by a fantastic diagonal ball, with the former Torino man able to pick out a great cross from the byline! It loops onto the forehead of Honda, who is easily able to nod home an unstoppable header from six yards out! Mirante had no chance, he was helpless!
36'
Cassano tries to deliver an early cross from the right-hand side, but Belfodil doesn't judge the flight of the ball well and Alex clears. Menez then leaves Jorquera for dead, before spraying the ball wide to Honda, but the Japanese midfielder's attempted return ball is turned behind for a corner.
34'
Parma try to break upfield at pace, before Bonaventura is flattened by Acquah. The young midfielder has been everywhere in the early stages, but doesn't appear to know his own strength, buffetting his way through challenges very physically indeed.
32'
Bonaventura isn't moving too freely, but the new Rossoneri man looks set to continue regardless. With just over ten minutes until the break, both sides are keen to find the third goal in this contest to win the psychological battle which is going into the break ahead.
31'
Acquah is brought to ground by Muntari, allowing for Parma to whip a free-kick into the area from 30 yards out. The home side take it short however, but Milan's banks of personnel are easily able to cut out the attempted quick pass.
29'
Plenty of entertainment in the opening half an hour, with both sides trading chances fairly regularly! Goals look aplenty, whether it be down to leaky defences or incisive passing. Milan won't be happy with conceding so soon after taking the lead, however.
27'
A. Cassano has scored a goal for Parma! Assist by C. Jorquera.
GOOOOOAL! PARMA EQUALISE THROUGH CASSANO! It's merely two minutes later, but the experienced forward nods home and Diego Lopez can't quite keep it out! The hosts work the ball from right to left well, before a cross is stood up to the edge of the six-yard box, where Cassano arrives late to apply the finishing touch!
25'
G. Bonaventura has scored a goal for AC Milan! Assist by K. Honda.
GOOOOOOAL! BONAVENTURA MAKES AMENDS! Milan are ahead, with the debutant netting the opener! Honda finds himself dancing through the heart of the Parma defence following a good pass from De Jong, before the Japan international pokes a ball inside for Bonaventura. He steps over the ball, before setting himself and firing a left-footed effort across goal and into the bottom corner!
24'
Felipe gets yellow.
Tempers are rising somewhat, as Parma are visibly furious with the referee's decision to award a free-kick for a supposed push on Menez by Felipe. The Brazilian defender earns himself a yellow card in the process, but the hosts clearly feel they aren't getting the rub of the green this evening.
23'
What a miss from Bonaventura! The former Atlanta man has the chance to cap his debut with a goal, following brilliant work at the right byline from Honda, but the left-sided midfielder manages to turn his header wide of the far post from six yards out! He won't get an easier opportunity!
21'
Honda dusts himself down to take the resulting free-kick himself, but Mirante is able to make an important save to deny Alex! Parma break back upfield, before Acquah is penalised for coming across De Sciglio as the young Italy defender tried to sweep up behind his defensive line.
20'
Belfodil does well to beat Abate down the left, but the Algerian's eventual crossfield ball is pulled back behind the bulk of the personnel waiting in the penalty area. Not the best delivery! Honda is then adjudged to have been tugged down by Jorquera.
18'
The home fans continue to urge their men in white onwards, in a rather intense opening 20 minutes. Possession is being won and lost in midfield regularly, with Menez the latest player to be sent tumbling to the ground. Felipe was the culprit on this occasion.
16'
D. Bonera gets yellow.
Milan are looking to patiently probe, but Parma are still standing firm, with Lucarelli the most recent defender to rob Menez of the ball and come out triumphant. Moments later, Bonera picks up a yellow card for a scrappy foul on Cassano.
12'
A couple of attacks down the right flank come to nothing for Milan, who are enjoying the bulk of possession without really threatening the Parma goal. The visitors subsequently earn a corner, but it is cleared comfortably.
8'
An even start to this contest, with possession having a real ebb and flow about it. Belfodil and De Sciglio have gone closest thus far, with a definite sense of urgency present. Both sets of supporters cheer their respective teams on in a cauldron of noise.
6'
Lodi looks to deliver a long ball into Cassano after dropping short, but De Sciglio tucks in well to head clear. Parma keep up the pressure, however, with a great cross from Ristovski bobbling into the near post. Belfodil tries to turn home from a tight angle, but Diego Lopez makes a timely block!
4'
De Sciglio blazes over! Milan work the ball down the right well, before Honda is able to deliver a cross that Menez can't control. The loose ball bobbles free to the edge of the penalty area, before the Italy international defender sends a powerful effort rocketing into the stands!
3'
Bonaventura's Milan debut starts with the Italian wide man being tackled to the ground by Acquah, who is penalised for his rather reckless attempt. Inzaghi's men take control of possession early on, with Parma looking to counter.
2'
Parma are set out in what is more of a 4-5-1 off the ball, with Ghezzal and Belfodil tucking in defensively to aid against the marauding presences of De Sciglio and Abate. Despite playing at home, Donadoni's men look to be fairly cautious in the early minutes.
1'
We are underway in the first half! Parma are in their white home strip, while Milan are donning their customary red and black stripes. There's quite an atmosphere here tonight too!
Hello and welcome to live coverage of Milan's late visit to Parma, as Filippo Inzaghi's side look to build upon an impressive 3-1 win over Lazio in their opening Serie A fixture. Tonight's hosts kicked off with a surprise defeat to newly promoted Cesena, leaving them itching to set the record straight in front of their own fans. Transfer business has been done between then and now, however!
I'm Simon Harrison and I will be keeping you up to date with all of the action from Stadio Ennio Tardini, as the Rossoneri look to maintain their 100% record in the league. Plenty of new signings are on show, with some absent, as both coaches look for their preferable starting eleven for the current campaign. Cristian Zaccardo is spared the embarrassment of his deadline day transfer to Parma not going through, as the defender is dropped from the matchday squad.
TEAM NEWS: Antonio Cassano is back fit enough to start for Parma, after missing out on their clash against Cesena, with the experience Italian forward supported by Abdel Ghezzal and Ishak Belfodil. Paolo De Ceglie is available to start at left-back following his move from reigning Scudetto winners Juventus, but Marco Cassani and Gabriel Paletta are only in sufficient physical condition to take a seat on the bench. Star wide man Jonathan Biabany is sidelined through injury, as is Nicola Pozzi.
TEAM NEWS: Giacomo Bonaventura gets his Milan debut after signing for his new club on deadline day from Atalanta, with Jeremy Menez asked to lead the line alone in the absence of Fernando Torres. The Chelsea loanee picked up an ankle sprain yesterday, but fellow Blues player Marco Van Ginkel makes the bench. Daniele Bonera is preferred at centre-back to Adil Rami.
Milan starting line-up: Diego Lopez; Abate, Alex, Bonera, De Sciglio; Poli, De Jong, Muntari; Honda, Menez, Bonaventura.
Milan substitutes: Agazzi, Saponara, Pazzini, Rami, Albertazzi, Essien, Zapata, Niang, Van Ginkel, Armero, Abbiati.
There's a quarter of an hour remaining until kick-off, so be sure to stick around for all of the action, as Parma look to recapture the form which took them to the verge of European football last season. Milan will be hoping for consistency after their opening day win, but will have to achieve such a result without Stephan El Shaarawy.
The two teams are out on the field, which means that kick-off is imminent! A much-improved performance is required from Roberto Donadoni's men, while Inzaghi will hope his side can replicate their victory over Lazio to help stave off the intense pressure on his shoulders.
HALF TIME! Milan head into the dressing room with a 3-1 lead at the break, courtesy of goals from Bonaventura, Honda and Menez - though Cassano's earlier equaliser did cause reason for concern. Inzaghi's men have been rather clinical, like their coach himself, and look in good shape to maintain their 100% league record.
Parma have found some gaps on the break, but clear cut chances have been few and far between for Donadoni's side. Milan have looked confident in possession, with De Sciglio and Abate offering good width, while Honda and Menez look bright going forward.
Be sure to rejoin us in ten minutes time for all of the second half action, as the Rossoneri look to hold their away lead and force Parma to suffer consecutive league defeats.
FULL TIME! Milan beat Parma 5-4, in what has been one of the most high octane Serie A clashes for a long time! Nine goals, two red cards and a comedy own goal from Diego Lopez has made for plenty of entertainment this evening!
Milan looked to be under pressure after the dismissal of Bonera, but a goal from De Jong stood Inzaghi's men in good stead - until Felipe received a red card of his own. Menez wrapped up the three points, despite a late De Sciglio own goal, in what has been total madness!
That's all we have time for from a positively crazy final match of the weekend in Serie A, with Milan maintaining their 100% record courtesy of a 5-4 win over Parma. I've been Simon Harrison and I hope to see you all again next time!
