One final substitution for the hosts as Pineda comes off and Azira comes on. We are also going into one minute of added time at the end of this one.
88'
This friendly has been more competitive than most but it's in danger of boiling over here. Soldado and Alonso clash in midfield after a high challenge from the Spaniard. A 22-man melee ensues, with outcome a booking for both players originally involved.
86'
A rash reaction fro Cabellos earns him a booking. The Spurs youngster went searching for the ball after his shot was parried and a hastily-made challenge from behind earns the 21-year-old a caution.
85'
Five minutes left and both sides are still going for the jugular. Cabellos is the latest to get his shot away, testing the reactions of Ford, who does well to palm the ball to safety.
83'
Six goals so far! Are there any more left in this one? Yedlin launches another assault on Tottenham's defence but his cross is a little too deep for any of his team-mates to attack.
81'
GOOOAAALLL!!!! FALQUE FINDS THE CORNER!!! Ford is mighty close to keeping this out but in the end, Falque's effort low into the bottom corner just beats the replacement keeper, whose first touch is to pick the ball out of his net.
80'
PENALTY FOR TOTTENHAM!!! The referee points to the spot for a third time tonight after Yedlin is adjudged to have handled the ball.
79'
GOOOAAALLL!!!!! SEATTLE RETAKE THE LEAD!!! Well that's an inspired substitution! Less than a minute after coming on, Bowen is in the right place at the right time to tap home from less than six-yards out. Is that enough to give the Sounders victory?
77'
A couple of changes for Seattle as they bring on Ford in goal for Frei and also introduce Bowen for Neagle.
75'
Another chance for Tottenham as substitute Falque meets Fredericks cross at the back post, but he can't keep his effort down. With Seattle taking off their dangermen, can the visitors snatch a late goal here?

Description
73'
One of the biggest ovations of the night as Clint Dempsey makes his way from the field. He's applauded off by all fans as Okoli comes on in his place.
71'
Dempsey are Yedlin aren't the only familiar sights from Brazil. The referee this evening is marking the distance for walls with white foam. Something a number of Tottenham players haven't seen before and a something they're unlikely to see i n the near future, with the Premier League confirming it won't be introduced this season.
69'
Another substitution for Spurs as Falque makes his way onto the field. The official attendance is also in for this evening - 55,349. And who said the Americans don't care about 'soccer'?
67'
Yedlin is defintely continuing that fine World Cup form on home soil. He delivers a delicious cross from the right which is met by Neagle with a stopping header, but the midfielder can only direct his header over the bar.
65'
Erik Lamela gets into a promising position on the left-hand side and gets his shot away, but doesn't get nearly enough power behind it to trouble Frei.
63'
Substitutions for both sides. Marshall and Martins come off for Seattle as Cooper and Traore come on. Mason is also on for Tottenham as they add a touch more youthful exuberance to their side.
61'
We are into the last half hour of this one, and to be honest I'm not nearly ready for it to come to an end yet. the Americans are really taking this game to Tottenham and we could be in for a whirlwind final third of the game.
59'
You wouldn't usually fancy anyone in a foot race against Martins, not least Brad Friedel. But the veteran keeper is off his line quickly and deals with the danger of a long ball, before the Nigerian can get close to him. Good work from the former Villa keeper.
57'
Lamela bursts into the area and almost gets onto the ball after the rebound from Soldado's tame effort comes loose. He gets some connection on the ball, but not nearly enough to trouble Frei.
55'
GOOAALL!!! SOLDADO SCORES!!! The Spaniard picks himself up and sends the keeper the wrong way with an inch-perfect penalty. Game on once again at CenturyLink Field.
54'
PENALTY FOR TOTTENHAM!!! Me and my big mouth! Spurs have a penalty as Marshall brings down Soldado.
52'
Seattle have never beaten Premier League opponents on home turf before, having lost to Chelsea and Manchester United on previous occasions. Now seems like the perfect opportunity to break that hoodoo.
50'
GOOOAAALLL!!!! WHAT A HIT FROM ALONSO!!! Seattle take the lead and in some style! Alonso picks up the loose ball from 25-yards out and lets fly, cracking in an effort via the underside of the crossbar. Fabulous strike.
48'
On for Spurs come Fredericks, Kaboul, Veljkovic, Ceballos, Soldado, Walker and Lamela.
46'
We are back underway in the second half! Tottenham have made seven changes in the second half, with Naughton, Dawson, Rose, Carroll, Townsend, Kane and Lennon all coming off.
45'
We are into added time at the end of the first half. Seattle are continuing to search for holes down that Tottenham left. It's holding firm for now though.
44'
Some more nice work from Yedlin down the right sees him pick out Dempsey in the box. the Forward has his back to goal but he's felled by a clumsy-looking tackle from Carroll. Nothing doing though as far is the referee is concerned and the game continues.
42'
OFF THE LINE!!! You have the feeling that, on this form, Dempsey and Martins could cause any number of Premier League defences a problem. The pair link up once more and the Nigerian feeds the former Fulham and Tottenham striker, whose effort is cleared off the line by Rose.
40'
Kyle Naughton is off the field receiving treatment after he is dealt an elbow to the face. No intent from Anibaba though, and the full-back looks fine to continue.
38'
I moaned earlier about the yellow card that was shown to Marshall, but thankfully the situation has been cleared up and the Sounders defender wasn't booked. Pineda was however, for kicking the ball away.
36'
Still Seattle come forward here. It really does show that the hosts are in the middle of a season, while Tottenham are only just back to training. They're constantly on the back-foot at the moment.
34'
PENALTY FOR SEATTLE!!! Dawson is penalised at a corner for a foul on Marshall!
GOOOAAALLL!!!! PINEDA CONVERTS!!! A cheeky penalty from Pineda as he dinks a Panenka penalty down the middle. We're all square once again in Seattle and it's no less than the hosts deserve.
33'
An awful mistake from Dawson gifts Seattle possession in the Spurs half. Pineda is then brought down and Seattle have a free kick in a promising position.
30'
First booking of the game as Scott gives away a foul on the edge of the Seattle area. Not quite sure the booking is necessary in this type of game.
29'
Neagle is the latest Seattle players to be given the opportunity to test Friedel. Again though, the veteran is more than up to the challenger and preserves the Spurs lead with his feet.
27'
There are a few Spurs youngsters in Pochettino's starting line-up tonight but they've yet to have any real impact on the game. Harry Kane showed his class with a beautiful assist for Holtby's opener, but there has been little else to write home about.
25'
Not the best of free kicks as the shot from Holtby is sent straight into the wall. The visitors appear to have weathered the early storm for now. Can they now build on their lead?
23'
A chance for Danny Rose as he gets down the left but his shot is easily dealt with by Frei. The hosts now have a free kick though in a central position after Alonso is adjudged to bring down Holtby.
21'
We've seen Martins score a handful of incredible strikes in a Newcastle jersey, a number of them coming against Spurs. In fact, the Nigerian netted four times in just five starts against the White Hart Lane outfit while at the Magpies.
19'
The opportunities just keep coming for the Sounders. Dempsey releases Yedlin on the right but his shot is blocked by the legs of Friedel. Moments later Martins has the chance to let fly from range but he sends his effort well over the bar.
17'
It will be a little awkward for Spurs players this evening as they get to grips with a plastic pitch as well as the opposition. It won't be something the players will be used to and so far it's obvious that Seattle are more at home on the surface - despite the scoreline.
15'
A Chance for Martins now as well! The Nigerian finds space down the right and tried to cut in onto his left foot. He creates a bit of space with a couple of dummies but then treads on the ball and the chance goes begging.
13'
Almost an immediate reply from Seattle! Clint Dempsey, who was Mr. Reliable for the US during their World Cup campaign, gets on the end of a cross but can only divert his diving effort wide of Friedel's goal.
11'
GOOAAALLL!!!! HOLTBY FOR TOTTENHAM!!! What a lovely goal. Harry Kane dinks in an inviting ball over the top of the Sounders defence and Lewis Hotlby gets on the end of it to send a lobbed header beyond Frei. Tottenham lead, against the run of play it has to be said, though.
9'
Martins picks up the ball and tries to play through strike-partner Dempsey. Dawson does well to snuff out the danger but plenty of promise in the early Seattle attacks.
7'
Spurs may be missing a few of their World Cup stars but Seattle have theirs present and correct. One of them is impressive full-back DeAndre Yedlin. The youngster has been linked with move to Roma in Serie A after his displays in Brazil.
5'
The early momentum created by Bailey's chance is being maintained by the Seattle team. Former Newcastle man Obafemi Martins picks up the ball and will be looking to cause the Spurs back-line problems with his pace.
3'
Bailey comes off to a standing ovation. The 18-year-old suffers from cystic fibrosis and Seattle Sounders have just granted him a lifelong dream. Terrific stuff.
1'
We are underway in Seattle! A lovely touch from Seattle as they allow Xander Bailey to take the kick off. The 18-year-old has been given a starting berth in the game through the Make a Wish foundation and he draws a save from Brad Friedel with the first attempt of the game.
Good evening and a happy preseason to you all! The friendlies are coming thick and fast, and tonight we have yet another, as Tottenham take on Seattle Sounders. I'm Harry Slavin and I'll be here to take you through all the action.
It's been quite a change of pace this close season for Spus fans. Just 12 months ago the club were agreeing a deal to sell their prized asset Gareth Bale and preparing to bring in a host of replacements. This time around, progress in the transfer market has been slow, with the club yet to bring in a single a player this summer.
There may not be any new blood in the Spurs line up this evening, but there will be on the touchline as new boss Mauricio Pochettino takes charge on the touchline in the US this evening. Can he make a positive start to his time in the hot seat?
Both starting line-ups have been announced ahead of kick off, including one late, possibly-transfer-motivated change. Want to find out? Let's take a look at those teams now.
'But what about the transfer news?' I hear you ask. Well, up until 30 minutes ago, Gylfi Sigurdsson was supposed to be starting for the London outfit tonight. However Tottenham have announced that Tom Carroll will be taking his place in the team, fuelling rumours that the Icelandic midfielder is on the verge of a return to Swansea City.
With all the talk about new players, you might forget that one of tonight's big sub-plots is the appearance of Clint Dempsey against his former club. The forward was instrumental in the USA's successful World Cup campaign and he plays against Spurs, a side he spent a season with between 2012 and 2013.
The sides are both on their way out at the CenturyLink Field in Seattle we are moments away from kick off!
The US national anthem rings around the stadium ahead of kick off, lead by a very exuberant singer with a conductors wand. A few fireworks thrown in for good measure and we now have a football game on our hands.
There are no fewer than seven first team members of the Spurs squad missing after being given extended leave after World Cup duty. Still plenty of stars on show though, on both the Tottenham and Seattle side.
HALF-TIME: SEATTLE 1-1 TOTTENHAM. We are level at the break at CenturyLink Field but there really has been only one team in it so far. Tottenham took the lead against the run of play and since then they've had little to offer as the hosts have shown their superior match fitness and hunger.
It may be preseason for European sides but there has been no evidence of the Seattle players taking this fixture lightly. The MLS outfit have been all over the Tottenham defence, forcing them into errors and testing Brad Friedel on numerous occasions. More of the same in the second half and the hosts could be on for a memorable victory.
We could be in for wholesale changes at the break from both sides. Spurs have Eriksen, Lamela and Soldado on the bench to name but a few. Could they provide more firepower for the London side in the second period?
FULL TIME: SEATTLE 3-3 TOTTENHAM. Who doesn't love preseason! What a game from CenturyLink Field, where Djimi Traore almost actually won it for Seattle with the last kick of the game! It's a confidence booster for the home side who gave an excellent account of themselves against Premier League opposition, and a solid start to preseason and life in the Spurs hot-seat for Pochettino.
That's your lot for this evening, but there is plenty more preseason football coming up so be sure to tune in again soon. For now though, I've been Harry Slavin, until next time, bye for now!
