No need for that after such a thrilling game. Boateng and Pfitzner go head-to-head after a minor clash in the corner of the pitch, I think the frustration is obvious to see on the Braunschweig man's face there, he can't believe they've lost this after putting in such a resilient display.

B. Schweinsteiger gets yellow.
Bastian Schweinsteiger picks up his fourth yellow card of the season for a poor challenge, he's one yellow card away from facing a suspension in the Bundesliga.
88'
M. Weiser enters the game and replaces P. Lahm.
Bayern haven't been at their best here by any means, but they've got the job done when it matters. The home side can count themselves unlucky not be coming away from this game with at least a point.
86'
M. Mandžukić has scored a goal for Bayern Munich! Assist by L. Raeder.
GOOOOOAL! Game over here in Eintracht. A long ball over the top finds Mario Mandzukic who races towards goal before promptly nutmegging Davari to bag his 18th goal of the season.
85'
Drama in Bayern's box comes from Braunschweig's first corner of the game. The ball in is good and Martinez is forced into heading it behind for another corner, but the referee saw it otherwise and signals for a goal kick. Poor officiating that.
83'
O. Ademi enters the game and replaces D. Kruppke.
Boland isn't one to shy away from having a shot on goal. Repeating his antics from the frst half when he had a pot-shot from way out, he has another go from 30-yards out, but his shot is poor and goes way over.
81'
If you look at the passing statistics then it's no wonder why Braunschweig are losing here. The home side have completed just 60% of the 241 passes that they've attempted this afternoon, just simply not good enough when you're playing a team like Bayern.
79'
Bayern aren't happy sitting on their slender lead here and are going in search of a second in order to guarantee their first victory in three Bundesliga games. Braunschweig look absolutely shattered and it;s no wonder considering the effort they've put in today.
77'
That goal could see the end of Braunschweig's Bundesliga adventure, they really need all three points here today or they willl have no chance of survival this season.
76'
M. Henn gets yellow.

C. Pizarro has scored a goal for Bayern Munich! Assist by M. Götze.
GOL GOL GOL GOL! Pizarro gets the 172nd goal of his Bundesliga career with a lovely finish. Mario Gotze was the man to play him in after finding himself free on the edge of the box before splitting the Braunschweig defence with a cracking pass that Pizarro lashed home.
74'
With Muller and Mandzukic on, can Braunschweig hold on to a valuable point or will the fresh legs of the Bayern subs be far too much for the Bundesliga minnows? We're in for an exciting finale here at the Eintracht-Stadion.
73'
M. Mandžukić enters the game and replaces A. Robben.
M. Pfitzner enters the game and replaces K. Kratz.
T. Müller enters the game and replaces F. Ribéry.
72'
M. Caligiuri enters the game and replaces J. Hochscheidt.
Hochscheidt won't get the goal he's deserved. He's been brought off by Lieberknecht to a standing ovation by the home side after putting in a cracking shift down the left today.
70'
Massive penalty shout for Bayern! Mario Gotze bursts through the middle and finds himself on the edge of the box when he tries to skip past Dogan, but the defender can't get out of the way and clashes with the midfielder. Bayern players protest, but the referee is having none of it and waves play on.
68'
Bayern need to grab a goal here otherwise they will have gone four Bundesliga games without victory for the first time since the 2001/02 season when they went seven games without winning.
66'
The champions are starting to dominate the game now, toying with Braunschweig in their own half. Lieberknecht's men are sitting deep and if they can hang on without conceding then they could grab one on the break...
64'
Bayern get a free kick in a similar position, but down the right hand side. This time Robben is in charge and swings a decent ball in to the back post; it's met by the head of Boateng, but the defender has to stretch to get there and his header goes well over.
62'
Woeful stuff from Ribery there, he's been pretty shocking today. Bayern have a free kick in a decent position down the left, but his floated free kick doesn't bear the man at the near post and the chance is gone.
60'
Stinging effort by Hojbjerg. The ball falls at the feet of the youngster when he's 25-yards out and you'd expect him to stick a cross in, but he has other things in mind and drills a shot that's dtraight down Davari's throat. Good effort, though!
58'
DRAMA! Dante is up to his usual tricks down by the corner flag, trying to play his way out of trouble. This time he's caught out by Nielsen who nicks the ball from him and skips into the area, playing the ball across the six-yard box. The linesman is flagging, though, and for reasons unknown he has decided that Nielsen fouled Dante. Outrageous decision...
56'
First yellow card of the game goes to Hochscheidt after the forward goes straight through the back of Gotze. That's his fourth yellow card of the season, despite only featuring 17 times.
55'
J. Hochscheidt gets yellow.
54'
Bayern have looked a lot better already in the second half and have the home side pinned in their own box for prolonged period of time. Several crosses are put into the box, but Henn is playing like a man possessed out there and clears twice.
52'
The last time that Bayern were beaten by a side that were bottom of the Bundesliga table was back in the 2007/08 season when Energie Cottbus beat them 2-0.
50'
Bayern with the first corner of the game, but Robben just knocks it in without any care and it doesn't even beat the man at the near post. Braunschweig break and are almost through on goal before Schweinsteiger mops up.
48'
Surprised to see no changes from either side here, especially Bayern. It says to me that Guardiola is completely focused on other competitions now that the Bundesliga crown is in the bag.
46'
Back up & running here in Eintracht. Can Bayern turn their poor form around, or are they happy just relaxing now the titles won? Let's find out...
45'
Braunschweig continue to press in the closing stages of the first half and really look like the more threatening team out there. The referee blows the whistle to signal the end of the half; Bayern players can expect 15 minutes of loud noises now...
43'
Ouch! Absolute horrific injury to Dogan. The defender Dares To Zlatan and tries bringing down a ball by jumping a good metre off the ground, stretching out his leg. He succeeds in doing so, but then lands on his left leg that bends the opposite way when he hits the floor. Somehow, he's back up & running, every credit to the big man.
41'
Decent effort by Hochscheidt, who again finds himself with the ball at his feet bearing down on goal. He skips in from the right flank and fizzes a shot towards Raeder's goal, but his effort goes just over the crossbar. Unlucky!
39'
THE KICK IS GOOD! Boland goes for glory from about 35-yards out, but his shot is reminiscent of a field goal in American football. High and wide would be an understatement.
37'
A late tackle by Henn on Gotze and Bayern are given a free kick on the halfway line, they play it short but lose possession within moments. What is going on with Guardiola's men?
35'
Bayern's pass completion rate is still way below their average in the Bundesliga this season. They've completed just 76% of their passes and Guardiola will be having words at half-time as it's simply not good enough for a team of their stature.
33'
Bayern are yet to have a shot on target here and Pep Guardiola might feel inclined to bring on Mario Mandzukic if they don't get a goal before half-time. Pizarro looks lost out there and has barely touched the ball.
31'
Great play by Ribery down the left as he goes on one of his mazy runs, skinning three players before bursting into the box; his final ball is poor though and Henn hoofs it up the pitch.
29'
There's been plenty of opportunities for both teams to find the back of the net out there, but neither side have played with any sort of composure so far. The longer the game remains goalless, the harder it's going to be for Braunschweig to get three points here today.
27'
Bayern go straight up the other end and almost make Braunschweig pay for that missed opportunity. A scramble in the box sees the ball fall to Robben who promptly lays it off to Hoijbjerg on the edge of the box, but the youngster smashes his shot way over Davari's bar.
25'
Massive chance for Hochscheidt! The big man has to put one of these away soon or he'll live to regret it. He's played in by Kruppke and despite being in acres of space, rushes his shot and comfortably lands in Raeder's mitts.
23'
SHOT! This time it's Robben who has a pop at goal, but again it's a poor effort and Davari looks completely untroubled as the Dutchman's effort goes high and wide. They'll need to perform better than this when they meet Real Madrid.
21'
The away side break down the left and they finally get a shot on goal after the ball falls to Ribery on the edge of the box. The France international's shot is tame, though, and trickles wide of the post.
19'
Bayern's passing hasn't been up to scratch so far today. They just haven't look themselves recently and they've completely switched off since they were crowned Bundesliga champions against Hertha. They've completed just 70% of their passes in the opening stages, way down on their seasonal average of 92%.
17'
Great chance for Hochscheidt who looks really threatening out there today. Elabdellaoui puts in an absolute peach of a cross to find the forward unmarked in the middle, but he can't guide his header on target and Bayern escape with a goal kick.
15'
Bayern are starting to find their feet in this game now. Braunschweig are really pushing high up the pitch and that's the last thing you want to do when Ribery and Robben are on the opposing side.
13'
Wow! Amazing defending Henn there as Bayern looked a certainty to go in front. Franck Ribery is played through on goal and as the goalkeeper rushes out he squares it to Robben, but Henn - from nowhere - produces a perfectly timed sliding tackle and clears the ball to safety.
11'
Bayern Munich are usually so dominant in possession, but they're being matched out there so far today. Both sides have had 50% of the ball, but Braunschweig look the team more likely to score.
9'
That should be a yellow card for Jerome Boateng there. He gives the ball away in Braunschweig's half and as the home side look to break he cynically brings down Elabdellaoui. The referee gives the free kick but Boateng escapes without receiving a yellow.
7'
Franck Ribery looks fairly quiet out there. He's not touched the ball yet and his mind looks to be elsewhere. Most likely got one eye on the Champions League semi final...
5'
Dante has had a lot of work on his hands in the opening minutes, but he's looking as cool as ever on the ball, using his ability ith the ball to great effect to get out of an awkward situation down by the corner flag.
3'
Early pressure from the home side here. They're looking to take advantage of any confidence issues that Bayern should have and they should have a free kick on the edge of Raeder's box after Dante brought down Elabdellaoui, but the referee waves play on.

We're underway here at the Eintracht-Stadion. I, for one, am looking forward to this game, has there ever been a better time to play Bayern Munich?
Goooooood afternoon ladies and gents. I'm Kevin Blundell and I'll be taking yout through all the action from today's Bundeslig clash between Eintracht Braunschwieg and Bayern Munich.
First of all I'll take you through the starting line-ups, then give you some pre-match stats which will take us up to kick-off. So let's get cracking...
Pep Guardiola makes four changes from the German Cup victory over Kaiserslautern; Alaba and Kroos miss out completely, while Mandzukic and Muller find themselves on the bench today.
Hoejbjerg comes in for Alaba, while Javi Martinez replaces Kroos in midfield. Peruvian veteran Claudio Pizarro is given the chance to show what he can offer up-top and Gotze will play just behind him in place of Muller.
Lieberknecht makes five changes to the team that lost 2-0 awat to SC Freiburg last time out and will be hoping for a better performance from his men today. Kratz, Henn and Dogan replace Bicakcic, Correira and Kessel at the back, while Kruppke and Theuerkauf come in for Kumbela and Vranic in midfield.
Top versus bottom is usually a thrashing waiting to happen, but don't write off the home side yet. Bayern haven't won in three Bundesliga games and if they don't win today it will be the first time since the 2001/02 season that they've gone four games without winning.
Not the greatest half of football to say the least, but Braunschweig have at least looked like they want to win this game, unlike Bayern Munich. The home side have had a few decent chances in the first half and will be hoping there are more to come as they look to avoid relegation from the Bundesliga.
Bayern have been absolutely dreadful out there so far and it wouldn't surprise me to see Mario Mandzukic or Thomas Muller enter the field of play. Pizarro has been completely anonymous so far, completing just ten passes and failing to have a shot on goal.
There's goals in this one, but it needs to come fast for Braunschweig if they're to come out with three points as Bayern could bring an array of talent off the bench to punish the home side in the latter stages.
Bayern are taking their time in coming out for the second half and that explains the delay in kick off. I bet Guardiola has given them a blasting in the changing rooms...
That win ensures that Bayern Munich don't go four games without a win for the first time in 12 Bundesliga seasons and will give them a confidence boost ahead of their Champions League clash with Real Madrid in midweek.
Braunschweig will feel like they deserved to come away with at least a point here today. Despite their passing being sloppy, they were tireless in closing down one of, if not the best team on the planet and will come away with pride if nothing else.
Hochscheidt could have given his side the lead several times in the first half, but it wasn't to be for the forward as he left the pitch midway through the second half and Braunschweig never looked like scoring after he went off.
Pizarro will get the plaudits for breaking the deadlock, but other than his goal the Bundesliga veteran was poor and his age showed throughout the match as he barely got involved.
That's your lot from me today folks, it was an enthralling affair where little met large and put in a valiant display before being crushed. It will take a massive shock for Braunschweig to survive relegation now, though. See you next time...
