Hernandez sees a 20-yard shot deflected behind for a corner, which sees Pozuelo go up for the ball in the six-yard box. Another clearance from West Ham follows and we're seconds away from the end now.
90' +3
Routledge moves into the box from the right, and steps over the ball before firing it low across the area, but yet again it's cleared and Swansea's attack breaks down.
90' +2
Bony tries to work some space in the area but Noble produces an excellent challenge before then denying Davies' run into the box. The hosts' defending has been fully committed and they thoroughly deserve a clean sheet here.
90' +1
Good work from Ngog on the edge of the box as he keeps hold of the ball before sliding it through to Hernandez on the left-hand side of the area, but the flag is up as the substitute is caught offside.
90'
Nocerino gets his first real touch, driving into the Swansea half before laying wide to McCartney, who receives it back off Downing and holds up play by the corner flag as we approach four minutes of stoppage time.
89'
Adrian hammers the ball high into the Swansea half but it's too far for Cole and Flores heads it clear to the sound of the boos that have accompanied his every touch since Carroll's red card.
88'
Swansea are dominating all the possession but can't fashion a decent opening. Ngog collects the ball and lays back to Tiendalli, whose cross deflects behind for a corner which Cole heads clear at the near post.
87'
A. Nocerino enters the game and replaces K. Nolan.
There's a late introduction for new signing Antonio Nocerino as Nolan comes off to a standing ovation. His two goals look to have earned the Hammers three vital points this afternoon.
85'
Hernandez pops up on the left and swings in a right-footed cross, but Collins is first to it, hacking the ball out for a throw to the visitors. The Hammers defence has been very solid so far despite all this pressure.
84'
We're straight back up the other end as Routledge picks it up on the right, but his cross finds no-one. Swansea come straight back, though, as Pozuelo lifts it into the area and Bony chests with his back to goal before trying an overhead kick which goes well wide of the target.
Minute
Description
83'
Superb hold-up play from Cole as he bounces Flores' challenge off, and then spreads the ball wide to Demel, who looks to drill in a cross but it's too close to Tremmel at the near post.
82'
The hosts can't make use of possession inside the Swansea half, and Downing ends up running it out for a goal kick. Time is rapidly running out for the visitors, here, and West Ham look pretty comfortable at the back.
81'
Excellent pressing from West Ham, as Flores has to go back to Tremmel, and the goalkeeper's casual pass puts Williams under pressure with Nolan chasing hard, and the hosts win a throw deep inside the Swansea half.
80'
OVER FROM BONY!! The visitors win a second corner and the ball is flicked on at the near post, but Williams can't get to it. The ball comes straight back in, though, and Bony meets the cross just inside the area and fires a first-time effort over the bar.
79'
W. Reid enters the game and replaces M. Taylor.
Demel flicks the ball behind for a corner and Winston Reid makes a comeback from injury for West Ham to tighten things up at the back. He replaces Taylor, who has been tireless for the hosts this afternoon.
78'
Swansea come forward in numbers and De Guzman spreads out wide to Hernandez, who cuts inside before floating the ball into the box, but again for Swansea the delivery is poor and Noble heads clear.
77'
Can David Ngog turn things around for the visitors? The January signing from Bolton is on for Laudrup's men to give support to Bony up front.
76'
D. N'Gog enters the game and replaces N. Dyer.
The unpopular Flores is on the floor again, this time due to a push in the back from Cole. The visitors immediately come forward and Dyer gets to the by-line but can't get in a cross and the chance goes away.
75'
Loose touch from Cole as Noble plays the ball into the substitute, but he does well to win it back off De Guzman. He runs out of options, though, and Swansea come away with it before allowing the ball to go straight through to Adrian. Still very scrappy at the moment.
74'
Pozuelo tries to charge through the middle but produces a loose touch and Tomkins nips in to belt the ball up the pitch and avert any danger. West Ham look happy to dig in for the remaining quarter of an hour or so.
73'
The free kick is floated into the area and Cole does well to flick a header on, but he can't find Nolan and Williams manages to hack the ball out of the box.
72'
It's all gone a bit scrappy, now, as Swansea's loose passing means they can't get an attack going, before Davies takes out Downing inside the visitors' half. Cole will be the target now...
70'
Pablo Hernández enters the game and replaces J. Shelvey.
Shelvey is finally taken off by Laudrup as the midfielder looks to have picked up a knock, and Pablo Hernandez is thrown on. 20 minutes left for Swansea to try and get back in the match.
69'
Finally a bit of respite for the Hammers defence as the hosts come forward. Taylor's right-footed cross from the left deflects up and goes out to Downing on the far side, but the attack eventually fizzles out as West Ham don't commit many men forward.
68'
Shelvey appears to be struggling for Swansea. He's hardly moved out of the centre circle and looks ready to come off. Routledge, meanwhile, fires in an early cross looking for Bony, but it's just beyond the striker and Adrian calmly collects the ball.
67'
Swansea win another corner as the pressure piles on from the visitors, but McCartney heads clear. Dyer comes back towards the box, showing some good footwork and trying a shot, but Taylor is again there to block before Tomkins clears the loose ball.
66'
C. Cole enters the game and replaces M. Jarvis.
And here comes Cole as Jarvis is the man sacrificed by Allardyce. The winger has been on fine form today but West Ham need a presence in the middle of the park.
64'
Bony flicks a header into the area and Downing hastily hacks away a clearance, but with no-one up front Swansea can come straight back at the hosts.
63'
Pozuelo enters the game and replaces J. Amat.
Alejandro Pozuelo is brought on for Amat as the corner comes in but is immediately cleared before Adrian claims the second cross. Meanwhile it looks like Carlton Cole is being readied by Allardyce.
62'
Tiendalli spreads the ball out to Dyer, who takes on Downing but loses out as the winger pokes the ball out for a corner to the visitors.
61'
The visitors are camped in the West Ham half at the moment, but all the passing is in front of the defence. They still need to improve their attacking play to get something out of the game.
60'
It's still unclear after several replays, but the fact is Carroll's off and Swansea have a great opportunity to work their way back into this with the opponents' main threat playing no more part.
59'
A. Carroll goes off after a red card!
CARROLL IS SENT OFF!! Unbelievable!! Carroll goes up for a header with Flores and the two tangle in the air before the defender is caught by a flailing arm from the striker. It's unclear if it's deliberate but the referee thinks so and brandishes the red card.
58'
Bony is nearly through as Shelvey slides a pass down the middle before Routledge produces a dummy, but Tomkins cuts it out and the hosts clear.
57'
There's an immediate difference as Swansea pass it around inside the hosts' half rather than their own, but De Guzman wastes possession, pinging a diagonal ball straight behind for a goal kick with Bony nowhere near it.
56'
The visitors can't make the most of the set piece as the ball is cleared before Dyer concedes a throw out on the wing. Laudrup will be encouraged by that phase of play though.
55'
INCHES WIDE FROM DE GUZMAN!! Dyer lays the ball back to Shelvey, who drills a low effort at goal. Taylor blocks well but it comes back out to De Guzman, who fires it into the box and it's Taylor again involved as it deflects off the midfielder and loops just wide of Adrian's near post.
53'
Taylor lifts the ball up for Carroll, who again nods down into the path of Nolan, but this time it's cut out and Swansea hack the ball away. It's all West Ham at the moment though.
52'
Bony beats his striking counterpart to the ball and puts it behind for a second corner, which Tremmel claims easily. That's possibly the first time they've stopped Carroll effectively.
51'
Swansea are quickly pegged back in their own half as the hosts win a throw before Tiendalli clears for a corner. No prizes for guessing the target...
50'
Bony collects possession with his back to goal, and does well to work some space before firing a left-footed effort high and wide from 25 yards. Not his best attempt.
49'
McCartney lofts the ball forward looking for Carroll, but it's too far away from the striker and Swansea have a throw inside their own half. The hosts' direct approach doesn't look like changing and the visitors must change themselves if they're to get back in this.
48'
Carroll wins the ball from the corner - a familiar sight today - but can't get a meaningful header on it and he puts it behind for a goal kick to the visitors.
47'
VITAL CLEARANCE FROM DAVIES!! Swansea give the ball away and Carroll slides through for Jarvis, who rounds Tremmel but is forced wide. He looks for Nolan in the six-yard box but Davies gets there to clear and deny the Hammers captain his hat-trick.
46'
Swansea get the ball rolling for the second half, with neither manager making a change at the break.
45' +1
K. Nolan has scored a goal for West Ham United! Assist by A. Carroll.
NOLAN MAKES IT TWO!! That's a double for the captain!! West Ham win a corner and Carroll again gets to the delivery, nodding Downing's ball back across the six-yard box for the unmarked Nolan, who flicks a header down into the corner of the net.
45'
Another nice move almost pays off for West Ham as Noble and Carroll exchange passes but Williams cuts it out. Amat produces a loose pass, though, and Carroll races to the loose ball before firing low first time straight at Tremmel.
44'
Carroll is the obvious target and the striker wins the header, but although he finds the target there's no power and it's easy for Tremmel to catch.
43'
Dyer is called into defensive action straight away as the hosts win a throw, and it's knocked off the winger for a corner to West Ham as we approach the break...
42'
Swansea are trying to finish the half strongly, and Shelvey sprays the ball wide to Routledge, who looks to move into the box but Jarvis gets a foot in. The visitors keep possession, though, and the ball is swung into the area for Dyer, who flicks a header at goal but can't get any power on it and Adrian collects.
41'
CARROLL SHOOTS WIDE!! The striker is looking in dangerous form this afternoon and has an effort of his own, chesting down Adrian's goal kick before firing wide from 30 yards. The visitors really can't cope with the big number nine at the moment.
40'
OVER FROM WILLIAMS!! Shelvey's set piece hits the wall and bounces up. Carroll fluffs an acrobatic clearance and it falls to Williams, who blasts the ball high into the stands.
39'
Collins slides through the back of Bony and concedes a free kick as the striker is cleaned out. Shelvey is lining this one up from 25 yards, right in the middle...
38'
This is much better from the Swans as Bony run in between the defenders and De Guzman spots him, lifting an early cross into the box, but Adrian is quickly off his line to smother the ball.
37'
WIDE FROM SHELVEY!! That's the first real effort at goal as Bony flicks a header on, and Shelvey moves towards the edge of the box before pulling his left-footed effort wide of the far post.
36'
WHAT A CHALLENGE!! Absolutely vital from the defender!! Bony latches on to a long ball forward and is beyond the Hammers defence. The striker gets towards the box but Tomkins sprints back to get a challenge in and flick the ball out of his path just as he's about to shoot.
35'
The hosts press high yet again, and yet again it causes problems for Swansea as Williams has to hoof the ball forward and give possession straight back to the Hammers.
33'
M. Noble gets yellow.
Noble is cautioned for a poor challenge in midfield and De Guzman floats the ball towards the far post, but Bony stops his run and it goes out for a goal kick. The striker is looking rather frustrated at the moment.
32'
LOVELY MOVE!! Noble slides through a fantastic pass for Jarvis, who gets beyond Davies and fires a dangerous ball across the area, but Carroll and Downing can't quite get on the end of it. Excellent football from the hosts.
31'
De Guzman is in trouble with the referee after a poor challenge on Jarvis. He's possibly lucky to escape without a card, there. Collins, meanwhile, tries to get on the end of the free kick but it's hacked away.
30'
Yet more danger for Swansea as Adrian fires the free kick into the area, and Carroll again wins the header, flicking it on towards the far post, but Nolan can't quite get an effort away and Swansea clear.
29'
Routledge runs back from an advanced position to collect the ball on the flank, but the flag goes up as the winger is offside. It's just not coming off for the visitors so far.
27'
Commentator's curse, clearly. Just as I was saying the pressure was dying down, the hosts go in front! The next 15-20 minutes are very important for Swansea now.
26'
K. Nolan has scored a goal for West Ham United! Assist by A. Carroll.
NOLAN OPENS THE SCORING!! West Ham lead!! It's a classic move from the hosts as McCartney floats the ball into the box, Carroll heads down to the edge of the box, and Nolan collects before firing a sweet volley low into the corner.
25'
The early West Ham pressure has just dissipated for now, and Swansea are trying to put together some meaningful periods of possession. At the moment, though, it's all in front of the hosts.
24'
Taylor turns defender, cutting out a ball in from the left as Swansea look to impose themselves on the match. Seconds later, though, Tiendalli's pass wide for Dyer goes straight out for a throw, much to the irritation of Michael Laudrup on the bench.
23'
Flores looks for Bony with a low pass forward but it's not accurate enough and Tomkins gets the ball back for the hosts. Swansea's passing has been nowhere near as good as usual.
22'
Bony collects the ball off Dyer before feeding it back to the winger, who drives towards the right-hand edge of the box and drills in a low cross, but Collins cuts it out in front of Routledge.
21'
Tiendalli is penalised for a foul on Jarvis before producing a much better challenge on the West Ham wide man seconds later, putting the ball out for a throw. Jarvis has been a handful for the Swansea full-backs so far today.
20'
Bony flicks the ball on looking for the run of De Guzman, but Tomkins cuts it out. Routledge then looks to move into the area from the left but he's quickly shut out by two defenders and West Ham come away with the ball.
19'
TOMKINS BLAZES OVER!! Carroll is involved yet again, nodding down for Tomkins who misses a bicycle kick attempt from six yards, before the two link up again and the striker's knock down is volleyed well over by the defender.
18'
Bony is feeding off scraps at the moment, and tries a speculative shot from outside the area but Tomkins gets in a block to stop the effort and win possession.
17'
Carroll drops deep to receive the ball from Tomkins, and immediately moves play out to the win. Jarvis pops up on the left but loses out to Dyer, who has a chance to move the visitors forward.
16'
Carroll is working really hard for the hosts. He wins one header before fighting for the second ball with Bony, then eventually tackling Routledge out wide. Superb effort from the striker so far.
15'
Demel plays a good ball beyond the defence for Taylor on the right flank, before the defender gets it back and moves towards the corner flag, just about winning a corner as the ball flicks off Routledge before going out of play.
13'
Swansea aren't being afforded any time or space on the ball, and as a result they're really struggling to get into the game. Carroll, meanwhile, tries to nod McCartney's ball down to a team-mate but gives it away.
12'
Downing leaves the delivery to Noble, who floats it into the six-yard box but Tremmel gets an important hand on the ball to push it away from several incoming claret-and-blue shirts.
11'
Jarvis is causing all sorts of problems for Davies, and the defender needlessly shoves the West Ham winger in the back, giving the hosts a good chance to fire the ball in...
10'
Downing tries to break free down the left-hand side, using a bit of pace to take on Tiendalli, but the full-back watches closely and slides in to put the ball into touch.
9'
Poor from Bony as he wastes a glorious opportunity on the break. Dyer latches on to a clearance and spreads the ball into the path of the striker, but the Hammers defenders get back quickly and Bony eventually gives it away.
8'
The hosts look to fire it in the box again, as it's Downing this time who swings the ball into the area. Amat half clears but the hosts still have possession.
7'
It's been a bright start from West Ham, and they're pressing the visitors very high to make sure they can't settle down too easily. Flores passes back to Tremmel but it puts the goalkeeper under pressure and he has to put it out for a throw.
6'
Early chance for the hosts as Jarvis swivels past Davies before swinging in a dangerous cross towards the penalty spot. Carroll gets up high to meet it ahead of Chico Flores, but can't direct his header on target and it goes well wide.
5'
Williams' hacked clearance is brought down well by Bony, who flicks the ball into the path of Shelvey. The midfielder darts towards the left flank but is muscled off the ball by Demel, and the ball rolls out for a West Ham throw.
4'
Jarvis fires the ball in himself, but Bony challenges Carroll and helps the visitors clear. They're in no rush to break up the other end, though, as they settle into their familiar passing rhythm just inside the West Ham half.
3'
Good work from Carroll up front for the hosts as he flicks on a long ball forward, and Jarvis makes life difficult for Davies, forcing a corner for the Hammers off the defender.
2'
Demel is down early on the halfway line, but the Hammers full-back gets up instantly as Swansea try to press forward. Routledge looks to swing in a cross and Tomkins' clearance loops high, but the hosts eventually clear as Tiendalli's cross comes back in.

We're underway at Upton Park as West Ham get the ball rolling.
Hello and welcome to LIVE coverage of the Premier League clash between West Ham and Swansea. It's the first match since the transfer window slammed shut last night, so which January buys will make an impact?
The team news is in, so let's get straight to business and show you today's line-ups at Upton Park, starting with the hosts...
There's no space in Sam Allardyce's XI for his January acquisitions this afternoon. Italian duo Antonio Nocerino and Marco Borriello are on the bench and could feature later on, but Abdul Razak is out of contention and Pablo Armero isn't in the Hammers squad as George McCartney comes in for the injured Joey O'Brien.
Michael Laudrup has striker David Ngog on the bench after bringing the Frenchman in from Bolton during the transfer window. Dwight Tiendalli comes in for Angel Rangel, while Jordi Amat and Nathan Dyer get the nod ahead of Leon Britton and Pablo Hernandez.
The visitors ended a run of eight Premier League games without a win when they beat Fulham 2-0 in midweek, and will be hoping to put further distance between themselves and today's hosts with another victory.
Allardyce's men, meanwhile, earned a superb draw at Chelsea but have the worst home record in the top flight, having picked up only nine points from a possible 33, and they haven't won in their last four at Upton Park.
The Swans haven't taken victory in their last five away league games either, picking up two points and scoring just two goals. Fancy a draw, anyone?
This season's reverse fixture was a goalless draw back in October, while half of the 46 Premier League games involving either of these two this term have been level at the break, with 19 of them goalless after 45 minutes. Won't be expecting these two to race out of the blocks, then...
The teams are out, and we're just a couple of minutes away from kick-off. Can the Hammers haul themselves out of the bottom three?
And that's HALF TIME at Upton Park as West Ham go in 2-0 up thanks to Nolan's two goals, both set up by Carroll. It's been an excellent 45 minutes for the hosts, and their striker in particular.
Swansea are really struggling with the aerial threat of Carroll. The resurgent striker has been imperious, winning headers all over the place. Allardyce will be delighted to see his talismanic forward back on form in a vital period of the season.
At the other end, Collins and Tomkins have been solid, tidying up wherever necessary. But for that clean break for Bony, however, Swansea haven't really caused much trouble for the home side.
With just a few minutes to go until the restart, what can Laudrup do to turn things around? He needs to snuff out the threat of Carroll while making his side more threatening up front.
That is indeed FULL TIME and West Ham come away with all three points as Kevin Nolan's first-half double gives them a 2-0 win despite a red card for Andy Carroll after the break.
That win is West Ham's first in five home games and lifts them out of the bottom three, for the time being at least. They're now just two points behind Swansea in 11th. Before today's remaining games, just six points separate the entire bottom half of the Premier League.
Andy Carroll was the hero and the villain this afternoon. He was in majestic form in the air, winning header after header and setting up both of Nolan's goals. He may feel aggrieved at the red card, so it will be interesting to see if the Hammers appeal the decision.
For Swansea, there was a worrying lack of composure on the ball, especially in the final third as they couldn't create a clear-cut chance during the whole match. Adrian enjoyed a very comfortable afternoon between the posts for West Ham.
Well, that's all from our coverage of events at Upton Park this afternoon. Many thanks for joining, and goodbye for now!
