Well, you can't say that this game has gone without late drama! The Swansea fans continue to voice their belief that that penalty shouldn't have been given. I think that plenty of the hosts' players are similarly incredulous.
90' +6
Penalty goal scored by C. Adam for Stoke City!
GOOOOAL! LATE DRAMA! It's 3-3, Adam converts the penalty, sending Tremmel the wrong way to give his side a vital lifeline!
90' +5
PENALTY TO STOKE! Late drama, as the hosts have presumably been penalised for handball, with a player on the post appearing to stop the ball from heading over the line with his arm.
90' +4
Great defensive header from Canas! The Spaniard has only just come on, but nods a free-kick delivery out of the path of Walters! It's a Stoke corner late in the game, and the visitors can threaten here.
90' +3
Cañas enters the game and replaces Pozuelo.
90' +2
W. Routledge gets yellow.
A. Begović gets yellow.
There's a party atmosphere in the Liberty Stadium, as the home fans clearly feel that this is a game won now. Laudrup makes a substitution to drain a few seconds away, much to the probable disdain of Hughes.
90'
N. Dyer gets yellow.
Five minutes of stoppage time have been awarded, Stoke still have time to grab an equaliser, even though it would be against the run of play!
89'
Only a few minutes remain, and it looks as though Swansea have snatched victory from the jaws of defeat, given that they were two goals down at the break. This truly has been a game of two halves, however cliched that may sound!
87'
The stadium is bouncing now, with the home fans revelling in Swansea's comeback from two goals down! Bony has deputised brilliantly for Michu, perhaps the Welsh side won't miss him so much after all!
86'
W. Bony has scored a goal for Swansea City! Assist by J. Shelvey.
BONY! They've turned it around! Swansea lead 3-2! The former Vitesse man has another goal for the evening, slotting home Shelvey's cut-back from the byline! Good finish, leaving Begovic with no chance!
Minute
Description
85'
Five minutes left on the clock, and it's tough to call which way this game will turn next. Stoke have the constant target of Crouch to aim for, who has been very creative this evening, but Swansea continue to break with pace and regularity.
84'
ROUTLEDGE! BONY! Swansea break, with their goalscorer cutting smartly inside the challenge of Pieters, before the Ivorian lays the ball into Routledge on the edge of the area. The Englishman attempts to flick the ball around the corner to his compatriot Dyer, but the execution is all wrong, allowing for Huth to clear!
82'
The brief break in the game has taken some of Swansea's momentum away from them, and the atmosphere has gone slightly flat too. Before Crouch and Rangel's disagreement, every Swansea attack was paired with expectation, but now the game is far more open.
81'
Àngel Rangel gets yellow.
80'
C. Adam gets yellow.
Tempers are all spilling over here, as Chico, Adam, Crouch and Rangel engage in some kind of footballing brawl. It results in Crouch being dragged away from the Swansea right-back, as the Stoke striker clearly felt that he was getting too much attention from his opponent. The referee is in the thick of it quickly to calm things down.
79'
We're heading into the final ten minutes, and Stoke continue to labour, attempting to drag themselves out of the stupor which saw them concede twice. Scrappy fouls break the fluency of the game, as the Potters presumably will be very happy to leave with a point.
77'
It looks as though Routledge may be unable to continue. The winger landed strangely on his ankle after clashing with N'Zonzi, and he could have done himself some serious damage. It wouldn't be surprising to see the Englishman withdrawn, that could have started to swell already.
76'
Swansea can smell blood now, Stoke are not in a good situation. Having surrendered their two goal lead and barely whimpered in the second half, there seems to be only one outcome in this game, especially with the confidence coursing through Swansea.
74'
N. Dyer has scored a goal for Swansea City!
GOOOOAL! SWANSEA LEVEL THE SCORELINE! It's incredibly scrappy, as the ball bounces awkwardly in front of Begovic on its way into the net, but Swansea won't mind! Dyer volleys a poor effort through a ruck of bodies, and it finds its way home!
73'
Pieters is penalised for dragging down Pozuelo, as Swansea looked to be carving open the away side. A cynical foul, but the hosts probably would have had a two on two situation had the Dutchman allowed Pozuelo to burst beyond him.
72'
M. Wilson enters the game and replaces S. Ireland.
C. Adam enters the game and replaces W. Palacios.
71'
J. Shelvey enters the game and replaces J. de Guzmán.
Stoke haven't strung together more than four consecutive passes in the second half, as Hughes' side have seemingly resigned themselves to defending their narrow lead by any means necessary. That said, Begovic hasn't had a great deal to do, mainly down to incompetent finishing.
69'
Stoke are dropping deeper and deeper, with at least six players in their own penalty area at any one time. Their clearances are heading straight back towards them, as Swansea continue to recycle possession. This is relentless from the hosts, a goal looks like it's on its way.
68'
Laudrup is readying a possible game-changing substitute, as Shelvey looks to be returning to the fray following a brief absence due to family troubles. Swansea are in the ascendancy, and Routledge almost manages to go through one-on-one with Begovic, before his touch lets him down.
66'
A lovely combination of skill from Davies and Routledge, as the Welsh teenager beats two men, before laying the ball off to his teammate who performs a roulette turn to beat Cameron. Very easy on the eye!
64'
Half an hour left on the clock, and Swansea look to be in a great position to kick on and earn some spoils from this match. The one goal deficit is far less daunting than the two, and there seems to be genuine belief that Swansea can snatch victory despite the current scoreline.
62'
BONY! Another chance goes begging for the home side, as the Ivory Coast international sees yet another effort deflecting behind for a corner. De Guzman's deliveries from deep are causing Stoke all kinds of problems, despite their central defensive pairing being built for this kind of aerial siege.
61'
Swansea are moving the ball with confidence and purpose, they look a different side entirely in this second half. Options still remain on the bench for Laudrup, but Bony is the only man capable of shouldering the goalscoring responsibility.
60'
A. Williams gets yellow.
Since the substitution of Arnautovic, Stoke haven't offered anything going forward. The visitors are dropping deeper and deeper, inviting on the pressure of their opponents, and it looks unlikely that the Swans won't find another goal. That Bony header could open the floodgates.
58'
The momentum is now with the home side, as that Bony goal has breathed confidence into Swansea's players and fans alike. Good delivery after good delivery from De Guzman, and Stoke are having to weather a storm here.
56'
W. Bony has scored a goal for Swansea City! Assist by J. de Guzmán.
GOOOOOAL! BONY CONVERTS AT LAST! The Ivory Coast thumps home a header from point blank range, and I don't think he could have missed! An excellent cross from the right hand side from De Guzman! Swansea are back in this, 2-1!
55'
N. Dyer enters the game and replaces R. Lamah.
M. Etherington enters the game and replaces M. Arnautović.
54'
Stoke remain good value for their lead, and Hughes will be pleased to see that Palacios is willing to return to the field to try and shake off his knock. The defensive midfield duo of N'Zonzi and Palacios is certainly an integral one to how solid Stoke have been, Swansea have struggled to get inbetween the lines.
52'
Palacios goes down in a heap, after stretching awkwardly when dispossessing Routledge of the ball. Given the Honduran's extensive injury history, Stoke fans will be hoping that this isn't as bad as it looks, Palacios could be replaced as a precaution.
51'
Stoke continue to press plenty of bodies into Swansea's half, looking to close their ranks and make it difficult for the hosts to find Bony or Pozuelo without going long. The home side are looking a bit more threatening in the second half, but are yet to test Begovic.
49'
CHICO! De Guzman is able to whip a free-kick delivery into the box from deep once again, but the Spaniard is unable to rise high enough to meet it! Chico, as do other Swansea players, claim a touch for a corner, but the referee waves away their frenzied complaints.
47'
LAMAH! A lovely dummy from the Belgian allows for him to escape the attentions of Cameron, before reaching the byline at pace. He cuts the ball back in search of the lurking Bony, but Shawcross clears.
46'
We are back underway for the second half, and the joyous Stoke following are buoyed rather by what they've seen this evening. Swansea need an early goal to instil some belief into themselves!
45' +2
One minute left of first half stoppage time, and it seems that Swansea will be heading for the dressing rooms goalless. They've worked hard to manipulate the ball to attempt to find holes in Stoke, but the organisation of the away side has simply been too good.
45'
Pieters stands strong to hold Pozuelo off the ball and shepherd a loose ball behind for a goal kick. The Stoke left-back has been brilliant so far, he's making life incredibly difficult for Routledge, he's having to come infield to find any joy.
43'
ROUTLEDGE! GREAT BLOCK! A combination of Shawcross and Huth is enough to put a resilient wall in the way of the Swansea winger, and Routledge's attempted half volley is diverted back into his own face! That's a sore one.
42'
Good block by Pieters, as the Dutchman slides in well to deny Routledge. From the resulting corner, Bony nods wide of the mark, which seems to be the recurring theme of the opening 45 minutes. Backs to the wall stuff for Stoke, but Hughes won't mind one bit.
41'
Bony has squandered chance after chance, perhaps Swansea will miss Michu today after all. Laudrup has plenty of options on the bench, but nobody who is a real goalscorer. The passing range of Shelvey could be a useful attribute to call upon.
40'
BONY! He heads wide yet again, before standing despondently with his hands on his hips. Five minutes until the break, and Swansea need a goal to get back into this game. Bony has had plenty of opportunities, with Pozuelo and Routledge looking lively, but there's no cutting edge to the hosts' play.
39'
GREAT SAVE! Twice in ten seconds from Begovic! The Bosnia international is first on hand to deny Bony in a one-on-one situation with a strong glove to the ball, before getting back to his feet to turn a Routledge drive around the post!
37'
BRITTON! Two last ditch clearances from deep in the Stoke area prevent Swansea from pulling a goal back! It's all hands to the pump, as several Stoke players all attempt to clear the same loose ball.
36'
R. Huth gets yellow.
Swansea are continuing to see far more of the ball, but Laudrup's men can't find a way through the stout Stoke defence. At times the visitors have all of their players behind the ball bar Crouch! Desperate stuff.
34'
Chico Flores gets yellow.
N'Zonzi looks to grab Chico briefly by the throat, and the Spaniard wastes no time in throwing himself to the ground holding his face. Risky business from the Frenchman, but even the referee could laugh at Chico's exaggerated reaction.
33'
Shaky defending from Swansea yet again, as Chico is forced into an unconvincing half-clearance to deny a good cross from Cameron. The hosts look extremely vulnerable whenever Stoke break into their half.
32'
Swansea are moving the ball with speed and purpose at times, but Stoke are looking comfortable. The hosts' players are happy to rotate positions to try and find that minute space in which to slot a through ball, but Stoke's discipline is frustrating them thus far.
30'
Great covering from Shawcross, the Englishman doesn't allow for the physically imposing frame of Bony to faze him, shielding a loose ball out of play for a goal-kick despite the attentions of the Ivorian. Bony just hasn't had the rub of the green.
29'
The home crowd are silenced by what they're seeing on the field. Stoke are sitting back and biding their time, before incisively striking at the very heart of Swansea's rather shaky core. Crouch has been unplayable so far, his lay-offs have been excellent.
27'
A nightmare opening half an hour for Laudrup, and the Dane will be scratching his head as to what to change. Swansea haven't played badly by any stretch of the imagination, Stoke have just been incredibly clinical.
25'
S. Ireland has scored a goal for Stoke City! Assist by P. Crouch.
GOOOOOAL! IRELAND CONVERTS TO DOUBLE STOKE'S LEAD! Tremmel is helpless once again, as Crouch lays on a beautiful through ball for his advancing teammate, allowing Ireland to control excellently and slot the ball beyond the Swansea goalkeeper! Stoke lead 2-0!
24'
BONY! He's got his head in his hands, and he clearly thinks he should have finished that! A Rangel cross bounced up favourably to allow him to try his luck with a half-volley, but the former Vitesse striker balloons his effort over the bar.
22'
Wonderful pass by Pozuelo! The Spaniard drops back into a pocket of space in midfield, before pivoting smartly and releasing a beautiful through ball in behind Pieters. Thankfully for the left-back, Arnautovic is deep enough to cover and defuse the danger for Stoke.
20'
DE GUZMAN! It's a great delivery from the free-kick by the Dutchman, as he aims for his captain at the back post, but Williams can't quite stretch enough to beat Begovic to the cross. Half chance for Swansea.
19'
BONY! The Ivory Coast international looks to have the goal at his mercy, but is forced wide of the mark by Shawcross! Stoke are working hard to keep Swansea's ball retention in their own half, but odd attacks are seeping through their rigid ranks.
17'
Swansea are beginning to find their feet in this game, and the home crowd are responding to their side seeing much more of the ball. Stoke are happy to sit back in their shape, they've got something valuable to defend now, after all.
15'
LAMAH! A golden chance for Swansea! Great cross from Rangel on the right hand side, and it picks out the pacey Belgian! He has the entire goal to aim at with his head, but he places his effort too close to Begovic! There will be noone more relieved than the Bosnian keeper after that, that should have been 1-1.
14'
Swansea finally manage to have a sizeable spell of possession, but they're unable to actually create anything. Stoke are set up to frustrate, it's pragmatic to assume that your off-the-ball work must be up to scratch against Swansea. The visiting midfield are marshalling the middle third well.
12'
Tempers are already rising, as both Chico and Rangel feel hard done to by our referee for the afternoon, Robert Madley. The right-back certainly has a case, as Pieters has been hauling the Swansea man around by the neck of his shirt without being penalised.
11'
A tightly contested first 10 minutes, but Stoke have the advantage. Davies looks a little bit shaky, with the young left-back giving away the ball needlessly in dangerous areas. Swansea need to settle down into their rhythm here, this game could get away from them quickly.
9'
An early goal at the Liberty Stadium really opens up this game! A slight defensive mix-up from Davies and Chico provided Walters with the only clear chance of the game thus far, and he finished it wonderfully. Tremmel had no chance of reaching that.
8'
J. Walters has scored a goal for Stoke City!
GOOOOOAL! WALTERS NETS FOR THE AWAY SIDE! It's a delicious finish from the Republic of Ireland man, as he capitalises on a mistake from Chico and fires home off the post! Stoke lead 1-0!
6'
Williams is down injured following a seemingly awkward landing. The Swansea bench looks rather concerned, and the physio is straight onto the field. Given that the hosts' captain has been recently prone to picking up niggling injuries, he could be taken off as a precaution here.
5'
POZUELO! The Spaniard manages to wriggle free into a pocket of space in the Stoke penalty area, but his strike is too close to Begovic! The Bosnia international beats the effort away for yet another corner. Countless set pieces in the opening five minutes here.
3'
A good start from Stoke, as Hughes' men seem to know that pressing high up the field should bear fruit against Swansea, who like to build slowly from the back. Shawcross is forced into early action, clearing behind for a corner with Bony bearing down on him. Plenty of early corners.
2'
A hectic start to proceedings, as Stoke manage to exert some early pressure on the hosts! Tremmel goes down under a challenge from Huth and the Stoke defender is penalised, but there didn't seem to be much wrong with that at all! The German goalkeeper seemed to dive into Huth, if anything!
1'
And we are underway in the first half at the Liberty Stadium! Swansea will want to erase the memories of their derby day defeat against Cardiff, and their late draw in Russia, while Stoke will be keen to pick up three points ahead of the international break.
Hello and welcome to live coverage of one of this afternoon's many Premier League fixtures, as Stoke head to Swansea, where the hosts will hope to avoid the dreaded European hangover. The Welsh side conceded last in Krasnodar on Thursday and may be tired as a result of their travels, so today represents a great chance for Mark Hughes' side to earn a very valuable three points.
I'm Simon Harrison, and I will be the man to keep you updated for this afternoon's action, as Swansea look to try and get back on track following more Europa League disappointment. There's some rotation for Michael Laudrup's side, but the bulk of the starting eleven which featured in Russia retain their place.
TEAM NEWS: There's no place in the match day squad for Vorm through suspension, with German goalkeeper Tremmel taking his gloves, while teenager Zabret takes a seat on the substitutes bench. Swansea's talisman Michu is also a major absentee, allowing for Bony to lead the line for consecutive matches.
TEAM NEWS: Mark Hughes opts for consistency, naming his preferred starting eleven of late. Andy Wilkinson is the only injury concern for the visitors, as Stoke look to continue their recent minor resurgence. Against a Swansea side who are possibly a tad demoralised given their Europa League stoppage time concession.
Both sides have only managed one win in their last five respective games, and a win today would have the potential to kick-start some much-needed form. Stoke hover in the relegation zone on merely nine points, and with Sunderland picking up a win against Man City, the pressure just turned up a notch for the Potters.
We're a few minutes from kick-off, and the players are just beginning to stream out of the tunnel and onto the field of play. This game certainly doesn't promise to be an all-action thriller, but we've seen some strange results and performances in the Premier League today!
HALF TIME! Stoke have an excellent cushion to take into the second half, as goals from Walters and Ireland punish Swansea for not taking their own opportunities. Bony and Routledge have had a hatful of chances each, but to no avail. Stoke lead 2-0.
Crouch has been instrumental in the first half, holding up the ball well and bringing the trio deployed behind him into the game. Two assists tell the whole story, the Englishman has been vital to anything Stoke have created going forward.
An important half awaits Stoke, as Hughes' men need to pick up some points to maintain the gap between themselves and Sunderland. The visitors are hovering in the relegation zone, but will escape with a win!
FULL TIME! Swansea 3-3 Stoke, as late drama awards the away side the opportunity to level things up in stoppage time from the penalty spot. Routledge was the man punished for handball, and Hughes' men somehow leave with a point!
Two goals from Wilfried Bony and one from Nathan Dyer looked to have given Swansea the perfect comeback, but a late Charlie Adam penalty dragged Stoke back into the game. Ireland and Walters gave the Potters a two goal lead, but in truth the visitors are fortunate to leave with a share of the spoils.
Mark Hughes will presumably still be livid that his side threw away a game that was going flawlessly at the break, but a point can't be sniffed at considering the league position of his charges. Swansea seem jinxed by late drama and stoppage time equalisers!
That's all we've got time for from the dramatic stage of the Liberty Stadium, as Stoke draw 3-3 in Wales with a Swansea side sick of the sight of late goals. I've been Simon Harrison, and I hope to see you all again next time.
