Cech claims a high cross from Redmond on the left, and that looks like it might be the last attack of the game for the hosts as Chelsea work the ball cleverly in midfield.
90' +2
Chelsea are still pushing forward in search of more goals. You've got to feel for Norwich slightly, they were in the ascendancy until Mourinho brought on £60m worth of talent.
90'
The fourth official signals for four minutes of added time at Carrow Road.
89'
Lampard nearly adds a fourth for the visitors, but his long-range effort is kept out well by a diving stop from Ruddy.
88'
Mourinho's substitutes have made the difference here! Hazard and Willian have both been introduced late on, and both have scored for Chelsea to restore their lead.
86'
Willian has scored a goal for Chelsea!
AND NOW IT'S 3-1! WILLIAN SCORES FOR CHELSEA! The Blues substitute whips a divine finish past Ruddy after the ball falls to him on the right-hand side of the Norwich box. Game, set and match, surely?
85'
E. Hazard has scored a goal for Chelsea!
Norwich win a corner after more positive play from Redmond, this time on the left-hand side. The set piece comes to nothing though, and Chelsea break on the counter...
HAZARD BLASTS A SHOT PAST RUDDY! A poor defensive touch from Tettey allows Hazard a chance to put Chelsea ahead after a blistering counterattack, and the Belgium international makes no mistake, driving a low effort under Ruddy and into the back of the net.
84'
Norwich throw bodies in front of a Willian shot, after Chelsea had played their way into the area. Great defending from the hosts!
82'
GOOD STOP FROM CECH! The Czech Republic international shows his worth by parrying Nathan Redmond's shot away from danger.
81'
Willian enters the game and replaces Mata.
N. Redmond enters the game and replaces R. Snodgrass.
Mourinho's final throw of the dice is to bring Willian on for Mata, as Chelsea desperately go in search of a winner.
Minute
Description
79'
Hazard shows a breathtaking piece of control inside the Norwich box to take down Ivanovic's cross, but his second touch does not match the first, as his left foot effort flies wide and out for a goal kick.
78'
Ruddy pulls off a vital stop low to his right to keep out Ivanovic's rasping effort from 20 yards!
76'
Chelsea go three at the back for the final 15 minutes. Ivanovic, Terry and Luiz will be tasked with stopping Norwich from breaking through on the counter.
75'
E. Hazard enters the game and replaces A. Cole.
And now a second Chelsea substitution! Mourinho is going for broke as he replaces Cole with Eden Hazard. The England left-back was holding his ribs as he made his way off the pitch, which may be a concern for his international coach, Roy Hodgson.
74'
The visitors follow suit immediately after too. Samuel Eto'o comes on for Ba.
73'
S. Eto'o enters the game and replaces D. Ba.
G. Hooper enters the game and replaces R. van Wolfswinkel.
Norwich are the first team to make a switch though, as van Wolfswinkel is replaced by Gary Hooper.
72'
Surely the Chelsea coach will make changes now? The Blues need some inspiration from somewhere, and they do not have long to find it.
70'
Lampard's swirling free kick looks destined for the top left corner, but the Norwich wall does its job to block the goal bound effort out for a corner.
69'
A. Tettey gets yellow.
Tettey follows Oscar into the referee's notebook after catching Schurrle as the Germany international looked to retrieve a pass from Mata.
68'
A. Pilkington has scored a goal for Norwich City! Assist by R. van Wolfswinkel.
NORWICH ARE LEVEL!! PILKINGTON IS THE SCORER!! Martin Olsson charges down the left wing before sweeping a cross to van Wolfswinkel at the back post. The Dutch forward rises above Terry to nod the ball down to Pilkington, who flicked it past Cech from close range.
67'
Chelsea, despite leading since the fourth minute, do not look comfortable at Carrow Road. Norwich have broken forward dangerously two or three times since the break, and I would not be at all surprised if Mourinho chose to make changes to spark his team into life.
66'
STAT: Mourinho has won just one of his last eight away games as a Premier League manager (W1 D5 L2).
64'
Mata and Oscar combine to great effect with a neat one-two that affords the latter enough space to glide into the box and release a shot at goal. Sadly the final touch of the move does not continue in a similar vein to the previous six or seven, as Oscar slices his shot out for a throw.
62'
Oscar gets yellow.
YELLOW FOR OSCAR! The Brazilian exacts some retribution after failing to get a free kick by diving into a challenge and catching Fer just inside the Chelsea half.
61'
The hosts waste the set piece though, as Ivanovic crashes the ball away from danger.
60'
Cech knows he's conceded a corner there! The Chelsea goalkeeper offers a wry smile after trying and failing to stop a deflected shot going over the byline.
58'
BIG CHANCE FOR NORWICH!! Howson chips the ball to Snodgrass on the right and he nods the ball into the path (kind of) of van Wolfswinkel, who is busting a gut to latch on to the ball. Terry does brilliantly to get there before the Dutchman though, and he boots the ball off the striker and out for a goal kick.
56'
The less said about that effort from Pilkington the better.
55'
Free kick to Norwich in a decent position after Schurrle caught Snodgrass 25 yards from goal...
54'
Pilkington drags a shot wide of the left-hand post after cutting in from the left and shifting the ball onto his favoured right foot. Norwich still no closer to finding an equaliser here.
52'
STAT: Norwich have only failed to score in successive Premier League home games on two previous occasions - December 1992 and September 1993. (via Opta)
50'
NORWICH ARE SCREAMING FOR A PENALTY! Snodgrass slips a pass through to Pilkington inside the area after a blistering counterattack, but just as he shapes to shoot he is bundled off the ball by Ramires. Carrow Road erupts in appealing for a penalty but the referee deems the tackle a fair one, and urges play to continue.
48'
Another foul from van Wolfswinkel, and again it is on Luiz! The Dutch forward is not making any friends in the Chelsea side with his robust tackling this afternoon.
47'
NEARLY 2-0 TO CHELSEA! Schurrle and Ramires link well down the left, and the latter flicks a cross to Ba who is making a run towards the near post. He cannot get enough on the ball to divert it towards the bottom right corner though, and it flashes the wrong side of the post and out for a goal kick to the hosts.
46'
As you were at Carrow Road. Neither side have made a change during the break, and Chelsea get the second half started...
45'
And there is the half-time whistle!
44'
LUIZ SHOOTS FROM THE HALFWAY LINE! The frizzy-haired Chelsea centre-back has a tendency to attempt the outrageous, and his effort just now certainly ticked that box. After the ball fell loose inside the centre circle he sprinted on to it and hammered a shot goalwards that fell onto the roof of Ruddy's goal.
43'
Snodgrass lashes a shot high over Cech's crossbar after a limp clearance from Terry bounced into his path 25 yards from goal.
41'
The ball falls to Howson inside the box, but with his back to goal and Luiz breathing down his neck, he is unable to get a shot away. He tries to tee up Fer, but the midfielder's strike is blocked by the considerable frame of Ivanovic.
40'
Alex Tettey gets his mop out to clear the danger for Norwich on the edge of the Canaries box, before sliding a pass out for Howson to start an attack.
39'
STAT: Norwich have not beaten Chelsea in their past nine meetings in all competitions.
37'
Schurrle fouls Snodgrass on the halfway line and this relieves a bit of pressure on Norwich after a decent two-minute spell from Chelsea.
35'
Chelsea are forced into doing a bit of defending of their own as Norwich hurl men forward in search of an equaliser. Terry, unsurprisingly, is at the hub of some of the Blues' last-gasp blocking, as he stops efforts from first Pilkington and then van Wolfswinkel.
34'
STAT: No player has committed more fouls in the Premier League this season than van Wolfswinkel (20).
32'
Someone on the Norwich bench should really think about investing in a cap for Ruddy. The goalkeeper is having to deal with a strong glare from the sun at the moment, and it is clearly affecting his play when he comes off his line to deal with crosses.
31'
Turner and Bassong are really struggling against the hustle and bustle of Demba Ba in this first half. The Senegal international is splitting the two Norwich centre-backs at will and winning just about everything in the air.
29'
RUDDY HELL! BA IS CAUSING ALL SORTS OF MISCHIEF! The Norwich goalkeeper flaps at a high cross into his box after Michael Turner had failed to track the run of Ba. The ball does not fall kindly for the Chelsea forward with Ruddy out of his goal though, and he is unable to get a shot on target.
27'
Now, that's definitely a foul. Van Wolfswinkel thunders into the back of Luiz as the Brazilian marauds down the right-hand side and Chelsea have another free kick.
26'
Howson is penalised for what looked like a well-timed challenge on Mata, 45 yards or so from goal. Chelsea take the measured road on this occasion, by playing the set piece sideways to Ivanovic on the right.
24'
Oscar picks the ball up on the right wing before venturing inside, evading two or three challenges as he does. On the edge of the box he slips a pass out to Schurrle on the left, but the German's curling effort at goal is some way off target and causes no problem for Ruddy in the Norwich goal.
23'
The hosts are starting to show signs of life going forward midway through the first half.
22'
GREAT SAVE FROM CECH!! The Chelsea goalkeeper does very well to deflect Howson's close range volley over the crossbar after Norwich had broken quickly down the right-hand side.
20'
Ba again shows his supreme strength to hold off Bassong, and with Ruddy galloping from his line to try and tackle the Chelsea striker, he spins on a six-pence and flicks an effort towards goal that fortunately for Norwich, Bassong is able to stop from bouncing over the line.
18'
Mata is dropping deep to pick the ball up for Chelsea as Norwich press high up the pitch. The spritely Spaniard has had a decent game so far with his side seeing a lot of possession.
16'
Jonny Howson lifts a nice pass over the top of the Chelsea defence towards the overlapping Russell Martin, but Petr Cech is alert to the danger and comes off his line well to seize the ball.
14'
Last time I said not much was happening it tempted a goal from Chelsea, and I've nearly repeated the trick. Oscar plays Ba in with a well-weighted pass on the left side of the box and the Senegalese forward forces Ruddy into making a smart stop low to his left to tip the striker's effort round the post. That was a yard or so from being a second goal for the visitors.
12'
That early Oscar goal has taken a bit of bite out of the game, with neither side working the opposition goalkeeper since the Brazilian's sumptuous opener.
10'
STAT: None of Chelsea's strikers have scored a Premier League goal yet this season. In fact, of Chelsea's last 27 league goals, only one has been scored by a recognised striker – Fernando Torres v Everton in May. (via Opta)
8'
Leroy Fer dispossesses Ramires brilliantly on the halfway line as Chelsea try and break down the right, but Norwich's summer signing makes a hash of his pass towards Ricky van Wolfswinkel, and it is easily intercepted by John Terry.
7'
Ba repaid Mourinho's faith in him within five minutes of kick-off at Carrow Road. The Chelsea boss opted to start the former Newcastle United forward ahead of Samuel Eto'o today, with Fernando Torres out injured.
6'
STAT: Norwich had conceded only 23 goals in 22 home league games under Chris Hughton before today.
4'
Oscar has scored a goal for Chelsea! Assist by D. Ba.
LOVELY GOAL FROM CHELSEA! OSCAR OPENS THE SCORING! Ba holds the ball up superbly on the left side of the Norwich box, and he must hear a call from Oscar behind him as he calmly tees the ball off for the Brazilian, who arrows a first-time half volley into the far corner of Ruddy's goal to make it 1-0. That was super play from Ba and a delightful finish from Chelsea's No.11.
3'
Chelsea are seeing more of the ball in the opening stages of this game, but without providing much penetration. Having said that, Ba has just been bundled over in the penalty area, though the referee waved play on.
2'
David Luiz's studs embed themselves in the left thigh of Anthony Pilkington, and the Norwich utility man looks in a fair amount of bother here early on. There was no malice from the Brazilian there though, it was just momentum from clearing the ball upfield.
1'
The Canaries get the ball rolling here. A hopeful punt forward from Bassong surrenders possession though.
Good afternoon everyone and welcome to our live coverage of the Premier League clash between Norwich and Chelsea at Carrow Road. My name is Charlie Scott and I'll be guiding you through the twists and turns of the game taking place in Norfolk.
First things first, let's take a look at both side's starting XIs...
CHELSEA TEAM NEWS: Demba Ba starts ahead of Samuel Eto'o in attack for the Blues' Premier League fixture against Norwich City at Carrow Road. The 28-year-old replaces Fernando Torres, who serving a suspension after being sent off against Tottenham last Saturday, in Jose Mourinho's only change following Chelsea's 4-0 win over Steaua Bucharest in the Champions League on Tuesday
NORWICH TEAM NEWS: Chris Hughton's only change from the side that triumphed 1-0 against Stoke last weekend is the returning Sebastian Bassong, who replaces Ryan Bennett in defence.
Chelsea boast an excellent record against Norwich, having won five of their previous six league encounters, but Mourinho has warned against complacency this afternoon. The Portuguese coach pairs Oscar and Juan Mata in attacking midfield for the away side, having said earlier in the season that they were vying for one position in the team.
The teams trot out onto the pitch at a warm Carrow Road, which means we are just minutes away from kick-off.
HALF-TIME: NORWICH 0-1 CHELSEA Oscar's fourth goal of the season in the fourth minute of this first half separates the two sides at the break. Chelsea will feel confident going in at the break, despite leading by just a single goal, with Ba having caused Turner, Bassong and Ruddy all sorts of problems in the opening 45 minutes at Carrow Road.
That Oscar goal is well worth finding a clip of by the way. It was a delightful first-time finish with the outside of his right foot to give the visitors the lead early in that first half.
Hey Norwich fans. Here's an encouraging stat – Chelsea are the only side yet to concede a goal in the second half of a Premier League game this season.
FULL-TIME: NORWICH 1-3 CHELSEA A late blitz from the Blues secured Mourinho his first away win of the season in the Premier League, as Hazard and Willian struck in the 85th and 86th minute. Oscar gave Chelsea the lead early on with a fine goal, before Pilkington equalised in the second half. The Stamford Bridge outfit move into third place for the time being, with Tottenham playing later on this afternoon.
That's all from me for this afternoon ladies and gents. I hope you enjoyed that game as much as I did. What a finish from Chelsea! Enjoy your afternoon everyone.
