GOAL! Emmanuelson makes it 3-0 to Fulham after Kacaniklic gets in behind the Swansea defence again. His effort is brilliantly saved by Vorm, but Emmanuelson is there to tap in and make it 3-0.
90' +2
Kacaniklic hits the bar!! Wonderful effort from the Swede. He cuts in from the right hand side and curls an effort with his left foot towards the top corner but Michel Vorm makes a fantastic save to force it onto the bar and keep the score at 2-0.
90'
4 minutes of added time to be played.
89'
Schwarzer catches a simple cross as Swansea continue to press. The Australian has been magnificent today. The Cottagers could easily have lost this game it wasn't for the 41-year-old.
88'
Michu gets yellow.
H. Rodallega enters the game and replaces D. Berbatov.
Dimitar Berbatov replaced by Hugo Rodallega. The former United man has been superb today, and recieves a huge ovation from the Fulham fans.
87'
Swansea still pressing but the sting has been taken out of their attack since Fulham's second goal. The atmosphere not the same as it was either. The game's starting to fizzle out with 3 minutes left.
85'
As it stands: Swansea are set to finish 9th. Fulham will finish 12th.
81'
K. Agustien enters the game and replaces J. de Guzmán.
N. Taylor enters the game and replaces B. Davies.
De Guzman replaced by Kemy Agustein. Doesn't look like it's going to be Swansea's day, bar something special.
Ben Davies replaced by Neil Taylor. Davies was brilliant going forward this half.
80'
Fulham have constantly looked a threat on the break, but Swansea have been suicidally open and their high line has been exposed badly at times. Just one simple pass opened them and Berbatov finished excellently.
Minute
Description
78'
D. Berbatov has scored a goal for Fulham! Assist by B. Ruiz.
GOAL!! Dimitar Berbatov scores for Fulham! Absolutely wonderful finish from the Bulgarian who fakes to shoot, sends the keeper to the floor, and takes it round him to make it 2-0.
75'
I. Shechter enters the game and replaces Pablo Hernández.
Pablo Hernandez comes off for Etey Schecter. The Spaniard had a number of opportunities today but couldn't find the net, can the Israeli find the equaliser for the Swans?
73'
U. Emanuelson enters the game and replaces D. Duff.
Urby Emmanuelson replaces Damien Duff who's been brilliant tracking back for Fulham. The Ajax loanee will have to do the same.
67'
G. Karagounis enters the game and replaces E. Frimpong.
Frimpong now off being replaced by Karagounis. A big loss for Fulham, that. The Arsenal loanee had been superb. Incidentally, this is Karagounis's last game for Fulham.
66'
Frimpong has just gone down with cramp. Could be a ploy to just slow the game down a bit. Fulham have their backs fully against the wall right now.
64'
This is turning into an absolute onslaught right now. Fulham defence are all over the place
62'
Schwarzer's there again! This time diving to his left hand side at full strength to tip Hernandez's shot around the post...Then Leon Britton has an effort from just inside the area, but the Australian is there to tip it over. Inspired form from the Fulham 'keeper.
60'
GREAT SAVE! Fantastic one touch football from Swansea gets them in behind the Fulham defence, but Hernandez can only find the strong right hand of Schwarzer who's been absolutely fantastic today. Big chance that for the home side.
58'
Wonderful play from Swansea again. A great one-two from Nathan Dyer and Hernandez puts Dyer through on goal, but he's forced wide and can only shoot into the side netting. Fulham struggling to get the ball.
56'
DE GUZMAN! Bryan Ruiz finds himself intercepting the ball in his own area, then getting the ball stuck under his feet. De Guzman knicked the ball of him and took a snapshot at the Fulham goal but Schwarzer's in the right place again
55'
This is a really good game now. Fulham looking quite threatening on the counter attack with the pace of Kacaniklic a constant outlet.
54'
Good sustained pressure from Swansea here...
53'
Chance for Ashley Williams after a great ball in from De Guzman but his header is too tame and it's easy for Schwarzer to gather...Then there's a huge chance for first Rangel who mishits it, but it falls to Chico who's shot from close range falls gratefully into Schwarzer's arms.
50'
Berbatov just got in behind Swansea's defence after being set away from Enoh, but his cross evades Bryan Ruiz who can't keep up with the Bulgarian.
49'
Pablo Hernández gets yellow.
48'
Yellow card for Pablo Hernandez for a trip on Frimpong. Looked a bit harsh to me. No cynicism, just a coming together. Frimpong going nowhere.
47'
The Swans picking up where they left off, taking the game to Fulham. With Man United beating West Brom, Swansea know that a win would see them finish in 8th position.
46'
Swansea start the second half shooting left to right.
45' +1
The home side definitely on top, though as we head into half-time. 3 minutes of added time to be played.
45'
Swansea really working the ball around well and getting into some good crossing positions, but just not being able to find the finishing touch at the moment.
42'
Senderos is down in the Fulham box. Looks like a dead leg as Hangeland inadvertently crashed into his fellow centre half. It looks like he'll be able to continue anyway.
39'
Swansea fans getting really vocal with the referee. Been a few niggly, clumsy fouls from the Fulham players which have largely gone unpunished. Ashley Williams also having a word with Lee Mason.
38'
Swansea finally getting into their groove and playing some great football here. Just can't find that final pass, but they're starting to get on top.
34'
CLOSE! Dyer goes really close for Swansea with a great effort from the edge of the 18 yard box. It was swerving all over the place, but it just didn't manage to dip in time and goes harmlessly over.
32'
POST! Kacaniklic again through on goal but this time he hits the post after a quick free-kick catches Swansea defence half-asleep. Fulham really on top here.
27'
S. Riether gets yellow.
It's getting a bit heated at the Liberty Stadium. A lot of bad challenges coming in from the Fulham players and Sasha Riether is the first to go into Lee Mason's book.
22'
A. Kačaniklić has scored a goal for Fulham! Assist by E. Frimpong.
HERNANDEZ! The Spaniard goes so close to breaking the deadlock after recieving a shocking pass from Phillipe Senderos inside the Fulham half.
GOAL!! Alexander Kacaniklic scores for Fulham just after Hernandez missed a similar chance at the other end. Frimpong played a good ball into the Swede's feet and he firmly struck the ball into the bottom corner from the edge of the area to put the Cottagers ahead.
20'
Swansea with some great play on the egde of the box, and Nathan Dyer gets into a good position but his cross is floated straight into Mark Schwarzer's arms.
18'
As are Swansea, but both sides not looking threatening in the final third. All the game being played in the middle of the pitch right now.
17'
Fulham have lost their last 5 in the league, but they're not looking short on confidence. They're keeping the ball quite well in these early stages.
14'
The game seems to have settled down now after a frantic first 10 minutes. Swansea starting to get into their passing rhythm.
7'
Pablo Hernandez goes close for Swansea after swivveling away from the defenders on the edge of the Fulham box. Was a decent effort from the Spaniard but just trickled past the post. Good open game so far.
6'
It was Riise who hit, but it was harmlessly wide from the former Liverpool left back. Early let off for Swansea.
5'
Fulham starting the better of the two sides and have a free kick just outside the Swansea box in a very dangerous position. Chico Flores the culprit.

We're underway at the Liberty Stadium
Swansea have won just one of their last nine Premier League games and make two changes from the side that lost 2-1 to Manchester United last week. Michel Vorm replaces Tremmel in goal while Angel Rangel starts at right back ahead of Dwight Tiendalli.
Fulham, who have lost six of their last seven, make three changes from last weeks home defeat to Liverpool, with Emmanuel Frimpong starting just his second game since his loan move from Arsenal. Senderos and Riise also come in for the outgoing Hughes and Richardson.

Both sides go into the game following defeats from last weekend, but a win for either side can see them finish the season in a respectable position. A victory for Swansea, and they could leapfrog West Brom into 8th. A victory for Fulham, and a number of results go their way, could see them finish 10th.
HALF TIME! Swansea 0-1 Fulham
Fulham definitely started the better of the two sides, and were deservedly ahead through a fine finish from Kacaniklic in the 22nd minute. And the Swede was in again 10 minutes later, but Michel Vorm managed to get the slighest touch to turn his shot on to the post.
Swansea started to come into the game more and more as the half dragged on, but were mostly restricted to long-range efforts.
There were boos from the Swansea crowd at half-time, but it was all directed at the officials who they believe aren't punishing Fulham for a number of combative tackles.
The teams are just coming back out onto field. We're almost ready for the second half.
Well that was a crazy game. For the first 30 minutes of that second half, Swansea absolutely slaughtered Fulham, but Mark Schwarzer was in inspired form.
Dimitar Berbatov's goal was the killer for Swansea, who left themselves way too open at the back. Kacaniklic was superb for Fulham, as was Berbatov, who's second goal was sumptious.
Not a great way for Swansea to finish after a great season. They still finish a respectable 9th, while Fulham end 12th.
