Just the one minute of added time at the Allianz Arena.
89'
It's been a brave effort from Fortuna but they had definitely been riding their luck all afternoon. They look all out of it now though and they'll be leaving Munich once more with that familiar feeling of defeat.
88'
A. Bellinghausen gets yellow.
86'
J. Boateng has scored a goal for Bayern Munich! Assist by P. Lahm.
GOOOAAALLL!!! BOATENG HEADS DIE ROTEN AHEAD!! Well there is the answer. Phillipp Lahm gets to the byline and swings in a great cross for Jerome Boateng who cannot miss. Bayern finally make a cross count and they finally have the lead their play has deserved.
85'
Franck Ribery has a glorious chance for his second of the game but he is denied by a great save by Giefer. Is a winner going to come for the hosts?
84'
Gomez has just obliterated the crossbar with a header. From the free-kick he makes a smart run in front of his marker and meets it perfectly, only to see it smash the bar, bounce down on the line and away.
83'
The masked man Latka clatters into Pizarro and gives away a free-kick. It was a dangerous tackle to make for someone on a yellow card.
80'
Jupp Heynckes is up and prowling the touchline. Like most in the stadium, he's probably perplexed as to how Bayern Munich haven't run away with victory here.
79'
Fortuna Dusseldorf aren't sitting back. van den Bergh pushes forward down the left flank and whips in a good ball that is just too close to Neuer.
76'
A quick flurry of goals and we're back where we started! Can Bayern push on for a winner from here?
Minute
Description
75'
D. Schahin enters the game and replaces A. Lambertz.
73'
F. Ribéry has scored a goal for Bayern Munich! Assist by C. Pizarro.
GOOOALL! BAYERN HIT BACK IMMEDIATELY!!! Well that didn't last long. Jupp Heynckes reacts to going behind by sending on Claudio Pizarro and the Chilean is involved instantly as he plays a neat one-two with Ribery before the Frenchman pinches it off his toes to fire into the roof of then net.
72'
C. Pizarro enters the game and replaces T. Müller.
71'
A. Lambertz has scored a goal for Fortuna Düsseldorf! Assist by O. Fink.
GOOOAALL! DUSSELDORF RE-TAKE THE LEAD!!! Where did that come from? A clearance up-field is flicked on for Andreas Lambertz who has a clear run on goal. The forward has plenty of time to compose himself before slipping the ball beyond Neuer. Bayern have it all to do again.
70'
Lahm forces a great flying save from Giefer. It's an even better save on the replay as it takes a a deflection off Muller on it's way through.
68'
X. Shaqiri enters the game and replaces T. Kroos.
Toni Kroos is off and Xerdan Shaqiri comes on in his place. Just over 20 minutes left now for Die Roten to find that second goal.
66'
I don't quite know what Muller was trying to pull off their but it hasn't worked. Ribery (of course!) dances his way into the area before laying it back to Muller on the edge of the area who appears to try and scoop the ball goalwards. Whether it was a cross or a shot, it doesn't matter as it's blocked and cleared.
64'
O. Fink enters the game and replaces M. Bolly.
Ribery turns beautifully on the edge of the area to create space and he fizzes the ball across goal but Gomez can't get there. Meanwhile Dusseldorf make their first change as Oliver Fink replaces goalscorer Bolly.
61'
M. Gómez enters the game and replaces M. Mandžukić.
First substitution of the game as Mario Mandzukic is replaced by Mario Gomez. Can he take advantage on Bayern's aerial bombardment?
58'
Luiz Gustavo gets yellow.
A poorly timed challenge from Luis Gustavo as Dusseldorf try to break results in the midfielder finding his name in the book.
56'
Franck Ribery is in the the thick of the action once more as he wins a free-kick in a wide position on the edge of the box. Toni Kroos swings it in and Jerome Boateng meets it but the central defender nods wide.
54'
Big chance for Muller!! He rises unmarked to plant a header against the post. They've had a lot of joy from crosses Bayern but they need to start hitting the target. Meanwhile Ribery is OK to continue.
52'
That doesn't look to clever for Ribery. The winger is down after being hacked down. The replays suggest there wasn't much contact but he's limping heavily when he gets to his feet.
50'
How Ribery doesn't have an assist today yet is beyond me! The French international sneaks down the left wing before firing a low cross across the box that somehow misses everyone.
48'
First chance of the second half and it comes for Mario Mandzukic. He gets up well to meet Toni Kroos' cross but he can only send his header looping over the bar.
46'
Tobias Stieler blows his whistle for the restart. There are no changes at the break from either side.
45'
T. Müller has scored a goal for Bayern Munich! Assist by P. Lahm.
GOOOALLL!! FINALLY BAYERN ARE LEVEL!!! It has been coming. Lahm does well to take down a raking cross-field ball before slipping it through for Thomas Muller who finishes from an acute angle.
43'
OFF THE LINE AGAIN!! Van Buyten once again rises to meet the corner and it's headed off the line. Bayern do have the ball in the net seconds later but Bastian Schweinsteiger is flagged for offside and correctly so.
42'
Alaba forces another corner for Munich. Surely it's a case of when and not if now for the league leaders.
40'
This is incredible! The Dusseldorf goal is leading an extremely charmed life! Giefer is finally beaten but Van Buyten's header is cleared of the line and moments later Muller goes agonizingly close with a glancing header. Unbelievable!
38'
M. Latka gets yellow.
The first booking of the game is dished out to Martin Latka as the defender's poor touch results in him putting in a clumsy challenge on Gustavo.
36'
Another chance for Bayern and another bad miss. Ribery turns in another inviting cross and Mandzukic is unmarked at the back post but can't get enough of a connection on it.
35'
Dusseldorf have their first corner of the game and a routine off the training ground almost comes off but Martin Latka's header across goal can't find a teammate.
33'
Bayern can't even rely on their passing at the moment. Some sloppy work in midfield from Luis Gustavo is preventing the hosts from creating a decent platform to go forward. It's all a bit scrappy at the moment.
31'
It's Andreas Lambertz chance now to run at the Bayern defence. He feels as though he's brought down unfairly by Luis Gustavo but Tobias Stieler isn't interested.
29'
Ribery is causing havoc down the left now. He passes the fullback for fun before cutting the ball back for Toni Kroos who sens a low drive just wide of the right-hand post. The hosts are getting closer.
27'
How on earth did that stay out?! Ribery swings in a great cross from the left that is met my a towering header from Mandzukic. His effort is saved quite brilliantly by Giefer before Thomas Muller slams the rebound over the bar. A bad miss from the midfielder.
26'
They could have got even better there but Robbie Kruse is flagged for offside as he's played through on goal. Close call, but a correct one.
25'
The visitors are once again given a lot of space to work with as Axel Bellinghausen drives down field unchallenged. He tries to bring in a couple of teammates into the attack and possession is lost but promising once more for the Ruhr outfit.
22'
Fabian Giefer is out of his goal to easily collect the corner. They look a little stunned at the moment Bayern and they've yet to generate any real threat on the Dusseldorf goal.
21'
Half a chance for Munich as Muller's teasing cross just evades Schweinsteiger at the back post. They will get a corner from it though.
18'
Jupp Heynckes men have started the game at a pretty slow pace. I don't think they were expecting any sort of a challenge this afternoon but they will have to find a different gear or two now.
16'
M. Bolly has scored a goal for Fortuna Düsseldorf! Assist by A. Lambertz.
GOAAALLLL!!!! DUSSELDORF TAKE THE LEAD!!! Did anyone see this coming? They have started well and probably just about deserve their advantage as Andreas Lambertz knocks down van den Bergh's fine cross into the path of Bolly who sticks the ball home from six yards.
13'
Some leisurely passing in the midfield from Munich is almost disrupted by a pressing Dusseldorf. If they can nick the ball in the middle of the field, they could pose the hosts some threat on the counter.
10'
Mathis Bolly is claimed to be quicker than Usain Bolt and after Dusseldorf's last attack I can see why. The midfielder zips through the centre of the park leaving a number of Bayern players chasing shadows before he miscontrols.
8'
Fortuna really are having a tough time with injuries at the moment and they've had to throw defender Martin Latka into the action today with a protective face mask. Very Zoro-esque.
6'
Bayern have already settled in and are already indulging in a spot of keep ball. It's going to be hard work for Dusseldorf to build up any kind of possession this afternoon.
4'
Thomas Muller hits the first shot of the game and a looping deflection provides us with the first corner. Bayern cannot do anything with it however and Dusseldorf clear.
2'
That collision wouldn't have been out of place in the Six Nations. Luckily the fullback is alright to continue and we're back up and running.
1'
We are underway and we have a stoppage as Johannes van den Bergh clatters into his own keeper. That was a big hit.
Good afternoon and welcome along to Goal.com's coverage from the Bundesliga clash between Bayern Munich and Fortuna Dussledorf. I'm Harry Slavin and I will be here to take you through all the action from the Allianz Arena.
So, everyone all set for another Bayern victory then? There are a lot of people who have written this game off already, and for good reason to be fair. Die Roten have only dropped points in 4 league matches so far this season and they annihilated Fortuna 5-0 in the reverse fixture back in October. This one looks to be a forgone conclusion.
Still not convinced? Well how about the fact that Dusseldorf haven't even managed a goal in Munich on their last 10 visits? They also suffered their heaviest Bundesliga defeat in their history against the might of Munich.
On the other hand this is football and anything can happen. Even the odd miracle, which is what Norbert Meier's side look like needing if they're to take anything from today's match up. We're not far away from kick off so let's get some line-ups ahead of the whistle.
DUSSELDORF: (4-2-3-1) Giefer; Balogun, Latka, Malezas, van den Bergh; Bodzek, Tesche; Lambertz, Bolly, Bellinghausen; Kruse
Despite the impending Champions League clash with Arsenal Jupp Heynckes has decided to name a pretty strong line-up as Muller, Kroos and Schweinsteiger all starting.
Dusseldorf on the other hand have a whole host of players on the treatment table and they are missing no fewer than five players in Munich today.
The teams are out at the Allianz Arena. Tobias Stieler, the referee, is about to get proceedings underway.
HALFTIME: BAYERN 1-1 DUSSELDORF. The Bundesliga leaders took their time but they finally draw level with the last action of the first half. It's a crushing goal for the visitors to concede after hanging on for dear life at the end of the half. I'm not sure they can withstand that again for another 45 minutes.
Bayern started slowly and probably deserved to fall behind in the early stages. However they flew through the gears towards the end of the half and you have to fancy them to complete the turnaround in the second period.
Jupp Heynckes side have absolutely dominated possession in that first half despite being sloppy at times. It could be a very long second period for the visitors if Bayern can continue where they left off before the break.
Time for the second half to get underway. Can Dusseldorf stifle the Bayern Munich storm?
FT: BAYERN 3-2 DUSSELDORF. We don't even complete the one minute of added time as referee Stieler calls a halt to proceedings. Bayern get the win they were expecting but they went about it the hard way. It made for an excellent match though and Fortuna can be proud of their best display in Munich for a while.
So Bayern can now turn their focus to completing the job against Arsenal midweek and joining Borussia Dortmundi n the last eight of the Champions League. That's it from me, Harry Slavin, at the Allianz Arena where Jerome Boateng's late goal has won it for Bayern. Until next time, goodbye!
