DIGNE! Ah the chance, and it's over. Once more, Lille are unable to make the shots from range count. That surely is it.
90' +1
X. Shaqiri gets yellow.
THREE ADDITIONAL MINUTES - and we are into the first of those as Rozehnal feeds Martin on the wing. Sidibe surges forward, and it's blocked by Badstuber.
90'
D. Rozehnal enters the game and replaces B. Pedretti.
Mandzukic - who has been rather quite this evening, gets into the box, but it's cleared hurriedly by Beria. Rozehnal comes on for Pedretti to help with additional time, but Lille have to counter this corner.
Yellow card to Shaqiri who pulls down Balmont. Takes one for the team I suppose. Into additional time.
88'
Inching towards fullt-time in France, and Bayern winding down the clock, as the tempo considerably drops. It's all about keeping possession in this last few minutes to nullify a growing Lille threat.
86'
Rudi Garcia is frothing at the mouth at the touchline. With a trip to the Allianz Arena coming up in two weeks, a defeat there will eliminate them from the group stage.
85'
ALABA! 35 metres out, and it's gone wide. Landreau saw that all the way. It's a quick re-start for the Frenchmen, as they continue to search for an equaliser. They need it for their Champions League campaign
84'
D. Alaba enters the game and replaces T. Müller.
Substitution for Bayern, who are working to counter the Lille storm - fit-again David Alaba is on for goalscorer Thomas Muller.
83'
Corner to Lille, as Bayern feel under the kosh at the minute. Crossed in by Payet, it's headed away by Mandzukic, and subsequently cleared. Lille have four or five minutes.
82'
PAYET! Much better from the hosts, who are making a real go of it late on. It's crossed in, with de Melo unable to connect, before Payet unleashes a low shot into the side netting.
Minute
Description
81'
Luiz Gustavo enters the game and replaces T. Kroos.
Bayern make their second substitution as Luiz Gustavo comes on for the remaining minutes, in place of Toni Kroos.
79'
Mendes once more harassing and harrying his markers, as he chases possession. The tempo has changed somewhat, and the hosts are actively seeking for that equaliser as Boateng blocks another attempt.
78'
Substitution: Ryan Mendes (on) Nolan Roux (off)
MENDES! What an introduction. Fantastic by the Cape Verde striker who gets into space, has a shot blocked by Badstuber, before crossing for de Melo who is under pressure by Boateng to clear. Lille have been lifted.
77'
Ryan Mendes enters the game and replaces N. Roux.
MULLER! OH VERY CLOSE! Arguably the best chance since the opener, Muller has spurned the brilliant opportunity to make it 2-0. A low cross from the right is fed into the striker, who fires narrowly wide, using his right foot.
76'
Shaqiri works into space for Bayern, but he is adjudged to be offside as Bayern wind down the clock here at the Grand Stade Lille Metropole.
74'
Bit weird that. Schweinsteiger goes down under the challenge of Martin, despite there being little to no contact all. Strange one.
72'
PENALTY?! NO! Atkinson waves play on as Balmont is scythed down by Javi Martinez in the box. Contact was actually made outside the area, but Lille are screaming for a penalty. Rudi Garcia is furious.
70'
M. Mandžukić gets yellow.
Mandzukic picks up a yellow for his challenge on Balmont, as Payet skims an effort wide. Lille have been restricted to distance efforts, but not all of them have been bad mind you.
69'
Great movement from Bayern, as they search for the elusive second goal. Mandzukic threads in a fine one-two with Lahm, who is unable to test Landreau.
68'
Balmont attempts an effort from distance, and really, it epitomizes their chances tonight. Sinking without trace, are les Dogues, with Valencia leading 3-0 against BATE
66'
Another look on the Goal.com MatchCentre, and remarkably, we've only had ONE shot on target in this game - from Bayern's penalty goal earlier in this match. Bayern lead in possession, though the distribution statistics are pretty much equal.
65'
Sidibe powers into the attacking zone on the wing, as he fires in a powerful cross, hit with a sizeable amount of pace, which Neuer needs to punch away. The goalkeeper does it well too.
63'
Penalty appeal from Bayern as Shaqiri's cross is hit by Beria clearly on the arm. Referee Atkinson waves play on, but that also would've been a soft decision too. Beria had no chance in getting away from that.
62'
Dante being assessed by a physio at the minute, as he takes a knock. But Lille are playing without urgency, lacking quality, and somewhat toothless in attack at the minute. Mirroring their exit of last year.
60'
KROOS! Brilliant volley, but it's gone over once more. Really good connection with the delivery, leaning back slightly to meet it. Was never going to harm Landreau in the goal though.
59'
More fouls, as the lack of attacking quality begins to shine through. Chedjou concedes a free-kick, with Lille conceding a corner at the end of the delivery. Can Bayern make it count now?
57'
Shaqiri flights in a corner, having missed the target seconds before. His delivery is average, but again, fails to seriously trouble the goalkeeper.
56'
D. Payet enters the game and replaces S. Kalou.
Substitution: Dimitri Payet (on) Salomon Kalou (off) - The Ivorian is booed off the pitch after his poor performance. Absolutely ineffectual up front.
55'
ROUX! Over, and not very handsome at the moment. Nolan Roux gets past Boateng, and launches a shot towards Neuer, but it sails over the bar. There's some movement on the LOSC bench, as Garcia makes a change.
53'
In Minsk, it's BATE Borisov 0-2 Valencia, which means Lille HAVE to win this match if they stand any chance to progress from this Champions League group. Rudi Garcia's men have to launch an offensive now.
52'
L. Digne gets yellow.
Lucas Digne, arguably Lille's best player so far in this game, is booked for a lunge on Muller. That's three for Lille now, with five in total brandished by Martin Atkinson.
51'
Corner swept in by Kroos and Javi Martinez's effort pings wide, before Lille clear. Bayern are as comfortable as it gets at the minute.
49'
Shaqiri gets stuck in with a challenge on Balmont but Lille are on the counter, before being curtailed with a good interception.
48'
Martin is reprimanded for a 'soft' touch on Kroos, but as Atkinson intervenes, he lets out an unsavoury few words to the referee letting him know what he thought of that free-kick.
47'
Balmont gets possession on the edge of the area, and after roars from the home side, he opts to shoot from distance. It's headed down by Dante, who probably was hurt by that. But he ploughs on...
46'
X. Shaqiri enters the game and replaces F. Ribéry.
Shaqiri is checked by the referee and AWAY WE GO! Lille attacking from right to left in this second half.
45' +1
B. Pedretti gets yellow.
HALF-TIME: LOSC LILLE METROPOLE 0-1 FC BAYERN MUNICH
45'
Javi Martínez gets yellow.
Elsewhere in Group F it's BATE Borisov 0-1 Valencia. Back in France, Lille's Benoit Pedretti is booked for a foul on Toni Kroos. Physical play becoming more prevalent here.
44'
Javi Martinez concedes a free-kick on Digne, and then Roux - and it's a yellow card from Martin Atkinson. Into additional time in France, ONE MINUTE OF IT.
43'
Bayern have been utterly dominant in this first-half, as these statistics show. It's almost been like a thorough training session for die Roten, who are calmly going about their business at the Grand Stade.
42'
Free-kick spurned by Bayern, but they keep possession as Dante feeds Ribery, who launches a great cross-pitch pass to Lahm on the other wing. The captain loses possession.
40'
It's Sidibe again who lunges in on Ribery, and the referee gives him a final warning, he's already on a yellow card remember!
38'
Free-kick to Lille, as Toni Kroos lunges in on Balmont, with the English referee awarding the hosts the set-piece. It comes to nothing. Edging closer to the half-time whistle.
36'
The enormity of the task at hand for LOSC Lille is clear for everyone to see. AS IT STANDS - they are bottom, four points adrift of Valencia in third, with Bayern on six and BATE on seven. They would almost certainly be out of the Champions League, bar a miraculous recovery in the second stage of matches.
35'
MARTIN! Close, but it's gone wide. Horribly wide in fact at second viewing. Kalou heads to Martin who is helped by a slip by Martinez, and aims straight for the goal, with his volley slicing wide. Should've done better with that chance.
34'
Very speculative by Javi Martinez who aims a first-time 40 yard cross for Mario Mandzukic, but Landreau waits harmlessly for that to go out for a goal-kick.
Free-kick to Bayern as Beria jumps onto Mandzukic when fighting it out for a loose ball. It's whipped in dangerously, but the defence have it away, and it's a counter-attack once more for Lille....
33'
D. Sidibé gets yellow.
Another yellow card, this time for Sidibe who looks like elbowing and clipping the ankle of Franck Ribery, with the referee issuing a yellow card. The camera cuts to a frustrated Rudi Garcia on the touch-line.
32'
J. Boateng gets yellow.
31'
Roux is the victim of a rough tackle by Boateng, who becomes the first player in the book this evening. Nolan Roux is alright however.
30'
As we near the half-hour mark, Bayern win a corner with Mandzukic forcing Beria into a clearance. All up for the corner, with Tulio heading away, but play is halted.
29'
DIGNE! Oh fantastic cross, but unable for Roux to get on the end of that. Digne's deliveries will be the focal point for any Lillois attacking ventures, and this one almost paid off, with his thunderous cross evading the striker. It sounds better than it was, as the move was scuppered by an offside flag in the end.
28'
Martin collects possession, feeding Digne who floats in a first-time delivery. It's mis-kicked by De Melo unsurprisingly, as Kalou buckles under the pressure of Boateng.
26'
John Murmello has predicted a 2-0 Bayern scoreline - which many of you will agree with. I've personally gone for a 1-1 draw. Which is difficult, as no Lille player has scored more than two goals this season so far, a very poor record.
25'
Lahm slips in Muller with a deft pass, but Chedjou is once again aware, and intercepts well. Bayern much more stylishon the wings, causing the likes of Digne and Sidibe a few problems. Remember - send us your comments via Twitter to @mohammedali_93, or on the chatbox to your right.
24'
Beria concedes a free-kick, going in hard on Kroos. Les Dogues are currently struggling in midfield, with Balmont and Pedretti unable to instigate attacking chances, they are being silenced by Schweinsteiger at this point.
23'
Another statistical entry thanks to Goal.com's MatchCentre - Bayern nudging towards 90% pass completion as a team, with Lille a further 10% behind. Bayern have made 134 passes to Lille's 80.
22'
Oh! Tulio de Melo flagged offside, moving an inch too early. Elsewhere in this Champions League group, it's BATE Borisov 0-0 Valencia.
21'
Lille are still protesting at that penalty appeal. To be fair, they've offered very little in the attacking final third. They've got a corner here, which Martin has wasted.
20'
Penalty goal scored by T. Müller for Bayern Munich!
GOOAALL!! BAYERN TAKE THE LEAD! Thomas Muller tucks away the penalty easily, sidefooting past Landreau who is sent the wrong way. Cool as you like.
19'
PENALTY TO BAYERN MUNICH!
What a shame. Martin Atkinson is not hesitating as Digne clatters into Lahm into the box, it's a soft one in my opinion. Lille are furious with the English referee.
18'
Fine delivery from the wing by Roux, but it's an easy catch for Neuer. The goalkeeper is having no problem with dealing with aerial threats thus far in this Champions League match.
17'
Bayern have a corner, which is whipped in threateningly by Holger Badstuber. Fails to get anywhere as Lille clear well. Once more, they are fast in getting to the other side of the pitch as Digne progresses.
15'
DE MELO! Great movement by Digne on the left as he evades his marker to get past and deliver a good cross. It's headed over by Tulio de Melo who is under the pressure of Dante.
14'
Have a look at the fantastic statistics afforded to you on Goal.com's MatchCentre - Bayern currently leading with 67% possession, with both sides having won 3/4 of their tackles. There is also a chatbox to interact, so get to it!
13'
Another decent free-kick opportunity for the visitors as Balmont is reprimanded for a rash challenge on Ribery. It's curled in by Kroos, but Landreau is on with the punch once more.
12'
Throw-in by Sidibe causes one or two problems in the Bayern rearguard, but as Neuer takes possession, de Melo aims to push him out to win the corner. The Germany number one isn't going down that easily, I tell you.
11'
Great piece of skill by Sidibe who tricks his way past an unsuspecting Ribery. The left-back aims to get a cross in, but Badstuber cleans up at the back.
9'
And it's well punched away by Landreau, but it's Lille who race down the wing through Marvin Martin, past the challenge of Kroos, but his over-hit cross cannot meet Tulio de Melo as Neuer collects.
8'
Free-kick to Bayern as Sidibe brings Ribery clattering to the ground on the left-side, about 25 metres away from goal. Kroos is over this, a good delivery will certainly cause problems.
7'
Ribery plumps a fast ball for Mandzukic to chase, but the pass is no way measured as Landreau easily collects. Die Roten slightly erratic early on, but the attacking movement has been positive for Heynckes' men.
5'
Good start from the visitors, especially Ribery who returns home to France. Ball is crossed into the box for Mandzukic, but Chedjou is slightly more quicker, and clears accordingly. Les Dogues on the back foot.
4'
Badstuber playing a little more advanced, as Bayern gently keep possession in midfield. Lahm collects on the wing, as play is switched. Ribery however, is charged down by Beria.
3'
A harsh foul as Pedretti concedes a free-kick for a foul on Kroos, before play is once more halted as Sidibe lunges in on Ribery
2'
And already a half-chance for Bayern as they sweep through the Lille defence. A lofted ball catches out Chedjou, and it's Muller who cases it, but it goes behind for a goal-kick.
Immediately, Lille hit on the counter-attack, as de Melo surges at the opposite end. The ball hits a defender, though the Brazilian is fouled on the edge of the area. No free-kick given.

UNDERWAY IN LILLE!! Bayern Munich in their change strip of all white, attacking from right to left.

Lille are aiming to recover from a woeful start to their European campaign and resurrect their season with what would be a shock win over a previously flawless Bayern Munich. Both sides were surprisingly beaten by BATE Borisov in the preceding matchdays, with Les Dogues having to win or move closer to an early exit from the competition.
Indeed, it hasn't all been plain sailing for the French side. Coupled with defeats to BATE and Valencia, their league form has left a lot to be desired recently. A 1-1 draw with Bordeaux in Ligue 1 at the weekend meant that the 2011 champions have only won ONCE since the beginning of the season. Clearly, Eden Hazard is being missed in Villeneuve-d'Ascq.
In contrast domestically, Bayern Munich have been absolutely perfect. A new Bundesliga record was set at the weekend with eight wins out of eight for Jupp Heynckes' men. Die Roten warmed up for continental duty with a 5-0 thrashing of Fortuna Dusseldorf, and are hungry after being surprisingly defeated by Viktor Goncharenko's men in Minsk two weeks ago.
Of course, Heynckes' men have fond memories of recent trips to France. En route to last year's Champions League final, Bayern beat Olympique de Marseille 2-0 in the quarter-final at the Velodrome, before completing a 4-0 aggregate win. In 2010, they beat Olympique Lyonnais in the semi-final before losing that year's final too. In fact, Bayern have won their last four matches in European competition against French sides without conceding a goal.
Lille coach Rudi Garcia remains upbeat of his side's form so far this season: "We are playing one of the biggest sides in Europe so we will have to give it 120% and Bayern will have to have an off day if we want to get a positive result. It is David against Goliath. The most important thing for us is to believe we can do it"
Jupp Heynckes meanwhile is wary of the threat that the opposition can cause: "Our scouts went to watch LOSC's weekend game against Bordeaux, and I saw it on television. LOSC are one of the best teams in France, regardless of the league table. They are well organised and have a good structure. We are going to give everything we have and I am happy to have a number of experienced players."
Statistics your thing? Here are a few: Lille have won none of their last five home games in Europe (D3 L2). Meanwhile, Bayern have lost just four of their last 17 Champions League Group Stage matches away from home (W9 D4 L4). The Germans have won just one of their last six away games in the Champions League (W1 D1 L4) whilst Lille have won just one of their last 10 Champions League matches (W1 D3 L6).
TEAM NEWS: Marko Basa misses out for Lille, having injured his nose after scoring in the draw with Bordeaux. Meanwhile, Marvin Martin takes his place, with Dimitri Payet and Ryan Mendes named on the bench. New signing Sidibe starts. For Bayern, Schweinsteiger returns to the European scene having missed out in Belarus, with Dante being preferred to fit-again David Alaba.
Tonight's referee is Martin Atkinson from England - well known to a Premier League audience. Atmosphere building inside the Grand Stade.
The players emerge to the Champions League anthem, a brilliant fixture awaits in Northern France - kick-off imminent.
It's been plain sailing for Bayern so far in Villenueve d'Ascq as Thomas Muller's penalty has separated the sides at the break. Whilst the penalty decision may have been deemed soft, Jupp Heynckes' men have been more than comfortable, having limited Lille to just two speculative attempts.
Lille have been desperately poor in attack, despite the likes of Martin, Kalou, Roux and de Melo. They've been restricted to just one half-chance, and Rudi Garcia's men are staring down at possible elimination, given Valencia's lead in Minsk. Must improve in the second half.
A few statistics which match the scoreline: Lille have won none of their last five home games in Europe (D3 L2). Meanwhile, Bayern have lost just four of their last 17 Champions League Group Stage matches away from home (W9 D4 L4). Bayern have won their last four matches in European competition against French sides without conceding a goal.
Substitution - Xherdan Shqiri is on for Franck Ribery, who is taken off at half-time.
A booking at the end for Schweinsteiger, but it means little as Bayern reinvigorate their European campaign with a narrow win over Lille. The French side are defeated, and are staring at the exit door. That's it from me, good night!
