J.League wrap: Fujita brace leads Sagan past Gamba
Naoyuki Fujita scored two late goals to help Sagan Tosu clinch a 3-2 victory over Gamba Osaka in the J.League on Friday.
Gamba, who have not won in seven games in all competitions, looked to be well on the way to breaking that streak when they took a 3-0 lead with just over 20 minutes to go.
But newly promoted Tosu hit back straight after the home side's second goal through Yohei Toyoda and Fujita wrapped up the win with his double.
Gamba opened the scoring after just three minutes when Takahiro Futagawa controlled a left-wing cross and volleyed in.
The home side missed two huge chances to double their lead in the first half and had to wait until the 67th minute for their second goal, which was scored by Akihiro Sato.
But Tosu started their comeback just a minute later when Toyoda made it 2-1.
Fujita scored the equaliser in the 86th minute and then, in dramatic finish, hit the winning goal in the fourth minute of additional time.
In the other J.League result on Friday, Cerezo Osaka won 1-0 away to Nagoya Grampus.
Brazilian forward Kempes scored the game's only goal in the 49th minute to clinch victory for Cerezo.
