Brisbane Roar have impressed Beijing Guoan coach Jaime Pacheco ahead of Tuesday's AFC Champions League clash.
The Portuguese coach spoke of Brisbane Roar's skill and style which he describes as 'South American'.
The 2011 Chinese Super League runners-up take on the Australian champions on Tuesday in Beijing and speaking at the press conference ahead of the game, Pacheco heaped praise on the Roar.
"Our rivals are physically strong, and are not doing badly in their domestic league. Their style is based on good skill, very South American with lots of short passes. So I know tomorrow the match will be difficult," Pacheco said.
"But if we can play as well as we played against Shanghai Shenhua (which they won 3-2 on Friday), we can win the game. I have faith in my players. They must play a wonderful game and win."
Pacheco admitted after both sides lost their opening game, this clash would be of the utmost importance.
"I have to specify that for the team that loses the game tomorrow, the chance of qualifying will be little," he said.
"Our advantage is that we are at home, with lots of fans with us and we need their support."
Roar boss Ange Postecoglou said he believed his side would put in an improved showing after their opening 2-0 home loss to FC Tokyo.
"Though we lost our last ACL game, and are facing a strong one this time around, we are expecting to play well tomorrow," Postecoglou said.
