A berth in the quarter-finals against the Netherlands is on the line this evening at Johannesburg's Ellis Park Stadium as South American rivals Brazil and Chile square off in the round of 16. Brazil finished top of Group G on seven points while Chile were second to Spain with six points in Group H. Kaká is back in the Brazil line-up after being suspended for the 0-0 draw against Portugal, and Robinho is back in the squad which means Júlio Baptista and Nilmar are back on the bench. Other news is that Dani Alves retains his spot in the starting XI with Felipe Melo on the bench. Injured Elano does not make the team, but Ramires starts in his place. For Chile, Waldo Ponce, Marcos Estrada and Gary Medel are all suspended. Carlos Carmona and Matías Fernández return from their bans, and Humberto Suazo returns to the team. Pablo Contreras will also go from the start.
