Boulogne vs. Lille

Boulogne suffered their second home defeat of the new campaign against a Lille side who managed their first away win of 09-10 on the north coast.

Lille have been in mixed form of late and looked to be in trouble again as just after the half-hour mark Laurent Agouazi set up Bira Dembele for an easy headed opener.

But ten minutes later Pierre-Alain Frau's shot was parried into the path of Gervinho, who levelled matters.

Boulogne still went in to half time a goal up, though, as Agouazi yet again turned provider, this time for Jeremy Blayac.

Frau and Gervinho always had a touch of class, though, and when the latter set up the former for the equaliser just after the restart, magic was on the cards.

It duly came in the 56th minute as Gervinho's cross eventually ended up with Frau, who tapped in from close range.

Boulogne may feel that they deserved a penalty right at the death, but overall Les Dogues did enough to justify their leapfrogging Boulogne onto nine points, the coastal outfit having one fewer.
