Milan vs. Bari

Leonardo launched an all-new front line of Ronaldinho, Klaas-Jan Huntelaar and Clarence Seedorf. In the opening minutes Dinho failed to make the most of a defensive error, but Bari also forced a corner with their dangerous counter-attack.

Huntelaar got to the byline and intelligently cut the cross back for Seedorf to fire wide, but he claimed there should've been a corner for a deflection. Seedorf then combined brilliantly with Ronaldinho, exchanging several passes inside the area for the Dutchman's shot to be charged down.

Yet Bari had the best chances and most of the initiative, Gazzi firing over at the end of a well-worked move. Rivas should have put them in front on the half-hour mark when he burst between Kakha Kaladze and Ignazio Abate, rode a third tackle and blasted over from the edge of the box!

In the second half, both sides kept position without giving much of the ball away. Alexandre Pato replaced Seedorf, who had been suffering from stomach trouble, moving Ronaldinho into a trequartista position.

Pato sprinted down the right flank and cut back for a deflected Dinho rocket, which the Belgian goalkeeper palmed out from under the bar. Rivas fired another one over after shaking off Gattuso's tackle, so Pippo Inzaghi replaced a disappointing Huntelaar. Storari grabbed another Alvarez angled drive at the end of a well-worked team move, then Barreto spread the play for another Salvatore Masiello shot that the goalkeeper caught with his fingertips.

Bari had most of the best chances and pushed hard for a goal. Milan's performance was far from good and now find themselves 11th in the table.
