NAC Breda and Heracles Almelo held each other to a disappointing goalless draw at Rat Verlegh stadium on Sunday, as both sides remained unbeaten after two Eredivisie match rounds.
The match was played behind closed doors as NAC served a punishment for excessive fireworks in the match with FC Groningen last season.
Neither side impressed at the empty venue, although NAC were probably the slightly better team. Efforts from Tyrone Loran and Matthew Amoah however, didn't find their way past keeper Pieckenhagen.
Both sides won their opening games and Sunday's draw leaves them close to the top. NAC are now in sixth position, Heracles are fifth.
