Sunderland vs. Everton

After a scoreless first half, Everton needed only three minutes in the second to break the deadlock through South African Steven Pienaar.

Pienaar was again important in the build-up to the second goal, as it was his cross that allowed Marouane Fellini score from the center of the box.

Everton dominated throughout the game and certainly had the better chances. Overall, a fair result.
